Walmart Supercenter, San Antonio TX

It's so sad that I was there at 8: 30pm and that they had only 1 register open and 35 people waiting for the self service and the employee are just looking around so sad

Walmart's in general have reallly gone downhill for me, they seem dirty and everything just made in China products.

Highly suggest not using the bakery. Ordered cupcakes and a small cake for my sons birthday. The cupcakes were a complete mess. Blue frosting all over the decal. The cake had yellow frosting on it when I asked for blue. Just a disaster and when I went to pick it up the only person in the bakery couldn’t explain what happen.

Employees suck but its Walmart so typical. Then I got my grandson shirts for 1.00 not on clearance rack.everything hanging on baby section rack was not on clearance

I hate to give Walmart one star, but I MUST because of the groceries. I purchased cut watermelon on 7/1 (supposedly good until 7/6 based on the sticker). The watermelon was so rancid when I opened the container that evening until I caught my breath! This is not the first time, but it is definitely my last time, buying (bad) produce at this Walmart. Further, I posted pics of popcorn seasoning with some type of vermin stuck to the container!
This Walmart needs to clean up its grocery "act. " Buyer beware when it comes to groceries!

The employees are disrespectful and curse all the time at each other. The shelves are dirty, there's outdated can goods on the shelves most of the time, most of the employees you can tell have very little social skills or manners. You ask someone a question and the employee calls 2 to 3 other people cause no one seems to know anything there. They have never been properly trained and half the time the prices under the the item your looking at is the price to something else that's not even there.

Great store. However, they rarely have enough aisles open and sometimes the cashiers haven't received enough training or are very slow.

The customer ahead of me accidentally dropped a bottle of gravy in front of the checkout stand. The checker was very professional and finished up with that customer. Then. She moved to another check stand and proceeded to check me out right away. Kudos to the checker

Came in looking for an Air Fryer from the Web site the item wasn't available. So had to order it online at home for free home delivery. Was fast check out for the other item and the lady told me u could have gotten it cheaper at the another place down the street. So I thanked her.

I bought a bike from them 2 days later the rear retailer broke and came off the rear tire. Got an exchange and in 1 day returned it as well.

The self check out was extremely tedious and annoying. This was the most frustrating Walmart I'd ever been in. Then, upon leaving with my friend I was stopped by Worth to check if I had a receipt when he hadn't checked the many people who exited shortly before us. Honestly I felt discriminated against by Worth by the exit/entrance as I am African American and He's Hispanic.

I went to several Walmart locations and I was unable to find item that I was looking for although the item was showing available online at each location.

I don’t recommend applying here, it’s corrupted other employees think they can boss you around when they don’t even sign your checks.

Find a lot of expired food. Only one or two lines open for check out while other employee's and managers stock items instead of help clear the lines. Also, very dumb people work here.

Customer service employees always seem to have an attitude. Dear bitter employees, GET ANOTHER JOB! (if you can) Go be a truck driver or a security guard if you don't like dealing with people, it's not that hard. Or.work overnight as a stocker.

Items in the wrong place and because of that it was 138.00 but I got it for 89.00. It was in the wrong place. They tried to cheat me but I had to go back and take my own picture, of the item and the price showing 89.00. They have to sell to me because it didn't have a description of the product, just the price.

Jessica, our cashier was wonderful and knowledgeable about all products. Our check out experience went very smoothly. Thanks Jessica for making our shopping experience very smooth.

I came to buy a support for my knee and one the associated (Alfonso in the tag) asking me if need help I said yes. If can tell me where can find a support for my knee.

8 PM on a Friday night and only 3 cashiers! I have no clue why we continue to come back to this place!

The employees were very attentive, Not like at the Store at Military & loop 410. The are mean to the Older Customers this has always been my favorite store at Grissom Rd and Tezel. Thanks for asking.
