Walmart Supercenter, Kilgore TX

Me and the baby zipped through that super duper markety market. Like it was Supermarket Sweep! Then we chose the shortest line as registers go, mama gets there and says, "we need cahool hwhipp! "

Store was not well stocked, only 2 lines open other than self serve seems they would be more organized also

Tried calling customer service to inquire about product availability, 5 times.no answer.very bad customer service

The self checkout is awesome! I get what I need check myself out at my pace, and I'm on my way, but if I ever need help finding something there's plenty of smiling faces to lend me a hand. Can't find the price for something? They all have handheld devices at their disposal to answer that question for you too! Or there's always the mobile app for your phone. Very versatile business! Awesome!

Old woman working the self check out needs another place inside the store! I went there today and I asked a supervisor in the meat department to scan a item, She told me to take the tag to check out and they would scan it for the price on tag not the item! Little angry woman took the tag and said no you can't use this and thru it in the trash! Meanwhile while she was trying to argue with me I get home and noticed on the receipt that I scanned a couple items several times! That old woman is hateful and unpredictable! I will not ever go to the self check out if I see her working in there! She needs to be in the back working, Not with customers!

It's Walmart. Great as always.
Could be a little more organized
(more established signs like the one in Cleveland Texas for example.) Besides that, I like it. It's organized, traversable & the people are cool

Everytime I come to this Walmart I have an issue. Today was by far the worst. I have a disabled mother. I parked to go grab her an electric cart to do her shopping and I was told by the door greeter that they only have one. That is just completely insane to have one cart for injured or disabled individuals. Especially at a Walmart. If you track the # of individuals that come in, you should at least have 5 electrical carts per entrance. I had to leave and drive out of my way to Longview to get her shopping done. I will be contacting corporate office about this issue.

They are the only Walmart who has kept shelves stocked throughout the pandemic. Everyone is extremely nice to you also!

Worst lines. Only want you to use self checkout. We are not cattle. Will go to brookshires. Brookshires has the best fruits and vegetables anyways.

AVOID DLAND THE FRONT END MANAGER! Very discriminating man who hates white people and corporates need to terminate him because he’s an embarrassment to the entire store! He fires white people without cause and lies about what the reason is and he waits till you screw up then he carelessly fires you

I am not sure who is in charge of inventory control, but they're doing a terrible job. They are CONSTANTLY out of things.

Needed help in the jewelry department.
Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up.
When I finished shopping and went to check out, there was only one cashier. All the others were self checkout. I don't get a discount for checking myself out so don't use self checkout.
I Wal Mart don't care about their customers they shouldn't be in business.

Employees have always been very friendly. Multiple times I've been looking for something that's gone on the shelf and employees will search the back of the store until they find it. I've always been a very happy customer while holiday shopping because of this. Prevents me from having to go search for items at another store and the employees always seem happy to help!

A manager working at the Kilgore Walmart named “Amee” started an argument with me over the wrong price being shown. Amee got in my face and screamed at me for wanting to check for the right price. It was very unprofessional for her to be in my space screaming at me. I will be taking this complaint further

It was so crowded no checkouts were we op ed n n there was such a long line at the self check.no electric buggies to be had.

Had a good shopping experience today. There was plenty of the things I like to shop for in stock, the lines were short and moved quickly. I used the self checkout and the clerk for that area was helpful and nice. We had a pleasant chat while I waited for my turn. Yet she still preformed her job during this time, flawlessly, answering all questions and keeping the line moving smoothly. My only complaint is that there weren't any electric carts available for people like me who walk with crutches. Though having said that, usually they're are a number of carts on site for those who need them. Despite that small inconvenience, it was an enjoyable trip and I was able to get all the supplies I needed and be on my way in no time. Go check out this branch, you'll be glad you did.
