Walmart Supercenter, Katy TX

This store has the worst staff and management. Nobody ever has an answer to anything they just pass you off to someone else. Also this being stopped and told to read my receipt because its the rules. Just going to come out and say I believe it was a race issue because only certain races were being stopped and harassed while others just went on their merry way. This is the only store that does this! Just absolutely ridiculous! Theres also never registers open. Definitely wont be back to this particular store.

Good for average groceries buys and other items as long there are on stock. Good pharmacy service.

Do not shop here. I gave them more than once chance. Especially do not use their curbside/store pick up. They have been “completing” orders but will “close” before the pick up time slot. I had a time slot from 8-9 and now I have to pick up 2 days from now between 7-10. I keep having missing items, other peoples items, week old expired food (YES WEEK OLD), and now the manager of curbside damaged my car from slamming my trunk so hard. He wouldn't speak to me about it, purposely flipped his name badge, circled around my car several times not helping others and motioned/told his employees to not go near my vehicle as I was trying to get a store manager to come out or someone to pick up the phone. Disappointing this is the type of managment yall have on top of the service and being perfectly fine selling well out of date expired food.

Not a lot to say, It pretty much always has what I'm looking for, service is usually pretty friendly, the lines aren't too terrible.

This is my neighborhood WalMart.great store.just seems to can't get fully stocked.a LOT of miscellaneous item are just not stocked.

This time I have to put a lower score. Last time my wife brought me a taco salad (normally I get it on my way home) and this time I got a sunken half serving. First and last time that happens. Disappointed

Car battery was not in stock,
Near main entrance she ask for receipt for my old used battery. She was serious.

Always a great deal to be found at Walmart! Superior stock on bikes and Christmas gifts for the family

Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to find someone to help you and no one answers the phones. The phone just rang for 20 minutes and no one answered.

Store is nice, but no one in any department picks up their phone! I have called several times. Tried pick up, Operator, Electronics. Pharmacy is the only one to pick up.

It is never too busy and there are always enough cashiers to assist everyone! I shop here very often!

The food is delicious. There are a lot of gluten free options and the waiters are handsome.

Walmart is Walmart. I go a bit later to avoid crowds. But they always have everything you need

I come to this Walmart auto for oil changes. Because the young lady that works in this department is always so nice. And they always do a really good job.

Although I don't live directly next to this Walmart location on Morton Ranch Road I frequent here because it is a fairly newer store but also store as well maintained they have so much more than a lot of the stores when I am looking at particular items I need juice from such as laundry accessories and in the toy section I see things that I never see in a lot of other ones which is applicable to me because I have young children. There are certain Walmarts that I avoid because they feel unsafe at night time and the parking lot and they people stopping there just don't make me feel comfortable as a woman alone at night and the store is not like that

They need to hire people that know how to wear a mask and respect customers.the staff blocks the aisles with their carts and look at you like you owe them something.shelves are NEVER well stocked and haven't been for over 2 years now.employees here are very lazy and spend more time talking and joking around instead of helping customers.disrespectful employees here.no concern for their safety of their customers.go shop at the n.fry rd.store.they are always well stocked and working hard and they know how to wear a mask and show respect to their customers

I went to the Walmart to purchase a few items when I got back to the parking lot I realize I needed some air in my tire well I went to the back of the store in automotive to see if I could get some assistance with putting some air in my tires and I was told NO! One of the clerks stated They had a new General Manager and they were told they couldn’t help no one that need air in there tires and to only assist paying customers now I have to put the spare on cause my tire went on flat before I could make it to a tire shop who ever this new General Manager is he needs to be fired.
Likewise I hope he never needs help what goes around come around

You can get almost all your grocery needs here if you go at the right time. They run out of items quick and don't restock them on time.

10/3 purchase a container. Went back 10/4 to purchase another container. 2nd time was greeted by Becky. Did a security check on my purchase. 2 Hispanic shoppers walked by, no security check on their purchases. But… you checked me. No security check yesterday 10/3 while shopping with my wife. Hmmm

Worst Walmart ever got stopped by a lady at the entrance her job is checking receipts. How is there no registers but have dumb people checking receipts for the items you bought. She makes you feel like you’re stealing.
