Well I bought a steamer yesterday and when I got home I noticed tape covering the opening indicating that it was opened and another person used it. I got a bad feeling but I brushed it off. I then took out the steamer and noticed that it had condensation in the container and noticed the setting words were worn out. It was a bit stained and the part where the steam came out was all brown. I took it back to Walmart all for them to say that they can't accept it since it's used. Its not my fault that another person used it and placed it back in the box. They suggested I call Conair company for my money back. I left angry and boxed it up and took it to another Walmart down the road and told them it's unused and not needed. They happily refunded me the money. I guess next time don't be honest about the profits being used if you want your money back.

Walmart at this location can be hit or miss as far as normal customer service to dealing with someone who you can obviously see they are not having a good life and plainly does not care about guiding or helping customers out. If you cone with that mind set and keep moving towards your goal of purchasing what you want then you wont have too many bad experiences. I had someone in electronics plainly tell me “I don’t care if you buy this TV or not. Makes no difference to me” when I asked a question about some specs on the tv deal. So good lick folks!

Well kept store. Isles not over crowded with stickers and merchandize. Only draw back I've had, is empty shelves of groceries too often lately.

DOESN'T HONOR PRICE MATCH ONLINE PRICES IN STORE! Stores no longer have price scanner in-store have to use phone to check prices. When you go to check out the price is always different. When advised of price online. Clerk said they don't price match. Advise the don't have scanner have to use phone. Clerk called sup over. Advised sup of price & price matching. Sup stated they don't price match stating that had to purchase online for pick up. What an inconvenience. Advised they no longer have price scanner in-store. Sup responded due to covid. Even though you scan a item & don't actually touch the scanner @ walmart. Decided not to take the item since they stated they don't price match. When leaving pulled up price match policy it states they price match with walmart.com. Went to cst service. While @ cst service a lady had the same issue with them not honoring price match online. We asked for a copy of policy. Clerk stated they didn't have a copy even thou the sign states to ask for a copy of policy. When advised had a copy. Had price match policy pulled up online. Cleck then stated it our discretion. Not once did any store associate states due to the holiday we dont price match Walmart.com or any store. If they did I would have understood. Also, these was not the first time that a Walmart store didn't honor price match with online price. Pretty sure it won't be the last. If they are not going to honor the online prices then they should change their policy to WE DON'T PRICE MATCH FOR ALSO STORE NATION WIDE.

This Walmart has a man, I would say gentleman but he was nothing to the effect, that has a god complex. We walked in to exchange some pants. It was 7: 20. The customer service normally closes at 8 and myself and another customer were told by the employee behind the counter that they were closing up because they were short staffed. So then I asked to speak to the manager, Joey, and he came over and I asked why hadn’t they posted something at the door and he cut me off stating that the systems were down and they couldn’t take anyone else. He was telling me this while another lady was getting checked out in front of us. His only resolution was that I could drive to another store and see if theirs was open. Then I said I wanted to speak to the GM and he literally beat his chest and said that he was in charge not anyone else. I know for a fact that he is not the GM. GUYS LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON WALMART IS NOT AS GREAT AS IT USED TO BE. He is like every other associate that doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. As a former employee and former stock holder he is a reason why I no longer have stocks there. I can tell you that this is not an exaggeration because there were other customers experiencing this same thing. Then the website says to call and one of the friendly associates will be glad to help but no one ever answers and when you do get to some one they are like this guy. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave. Great job of taking care of guests Joey. Maybe he should go into a job that takes no customer service skills or interaction with people at all.

Every time I call this super Walmart they never answer the phones I hope the owners checks up on them and this store is very unorganized mostly everything is on the wrong place

I can see that Walmart is now trying to copy Amazon with their online sales, but for some strange reason I am not allowed to order 2 pairs of jeans and pick them up at my neighborhood Walmart. Instead my only option is to ship them to my house where thieves can steal the package off my porch while I am at work.

31 Dec 21 - I haven't been going to Walmart anywhere near as much as I used to. Several reasons for that, and it doesn't really matter which Walmart I go to, bcuz they're all the same: 1) Almost every single product that I buy at Walmart these days is MADE IN CHINA. It's so bad that I have personally nicknamed it China Mart! 2) They're always trying to save money on A/C bcuz it's usually always pretty warm and stuffy inside. 3) The condition of their shopping carts is absolutely atrocious! 4) Every since the pandemic began, they NEVER put out the hand baskets anymore. I've asked why more than once and they say that it's TOO HARD to disinfect them, but they aren't even doing that to the carts anymore either so why not put them out for those of us prefer to use them if we're only there to get a few items. 5) I am constantly finding items that DO NOT HAVE A PRICE MARKED anywhere on them or the shelf, and for the most part they seem to have removed the price scanners that used to be located at several places around each store. That is very frustrating, and unless I really need the item quite badly I will usually just put it back on the shelf and move on.

I'm sure that I could think of many more reasons why I am not shopping there as often as I used to, but it all boils down to the simple, obvious fact that I believe that they have opened WAY TOO MANY stores all across America and now they aren't spending the $$ needed to properly maintain them and cool them. I feel really sorry for their employees who have to be in there for several hours each day.

Just moved to S. A. My first visit to this store. Way too many people in this store for there to be a resurgence of Covid. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL! About a 30% mask compliance. Selections are limited. NO ORGANIC PRODUCE AT ALL. I guess Walmart thinks Latinos don't eat organic. Kinda ticked me off. Won't be back in here. Unless the other location near me is worse. I'll find out next week.

Clean and organized, if it weren't for there being only self check out open I would have been in and out quickly. Unfortunately I stood in line for 20mins.

The online ordering from this location is horrible. Every time we have ordered we get random items and always missing the majority.last time we ordered we were missing 3/4 of our order and didn't arrive until 11pm. Milk was warm and other frozen items were thawed.they suck.

It should be criminal for there to be 2 open registers out of 10+ and 2-3 people breathing down your neck at self checkout. How about hop on a register so we won't have to wait in a long line at self checkout to do the cashier's job? Another example of people making an easy job hard in San Antonio.

Had trouble finding xmas gift cards and Melonie (team lead) assisted me. She went out her way to not only find some, but then she also rang up all 26 cards for me. Great customer service!

Don't you think Walmart needs it's own zipcode? That place is huge. I like to shop here but they don't get 5 stars until they start carrying Cherry Dr PEPPER Zero. That stuff is hard to get anywhere.

It's Wal Mart, need I say anymore. If you want variety go to HEB. Wal Marts grocery selection is pitiful. HEB's grocery section BY FAR surpasses Walmart's!

Watch your returns. They refunded only $26 and not the full $245 and then told me they had to check the cameras to make sure I was telling the truth. Even tho it was the same lady who helped me do the return the day before. Check your receipts, don't go off what they tell you. Overall they are very nice and the store is clean. I'm very thankful for the cameras to help prove me right. Five
