Walmart Supercenter, Wichita Falls TX

Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection on common household items. Cashier took special care to wrap my breakables.

Very few registers open! No customer service to speak of. Need to go back to the way Wal-Mart's used to be before the so called super centers came around!

It was ok, I'm just not big on shopping in big stores. The employees were very considerate and helpful & things were pretty easy to find considering it was my first time in this one.

I go to this particular store, inspite of the fact that I live 8 blocks from a different one, because it is always very clean and the staff is amazingly friendly. They can always be depended on to be helpful

Overall a typical Walmart. No one greeted me and it doesn't appear any employees care about helping customers. Store appeared neat and clean.

Well I go to this Walmart almost daily and their stores always clean I can give then that and they have most of everything that I want most of the time however management and store employees are not the most helpful and I think everybody will agree that you find that generally in most Walmarts.
If I had to change one thing about Walmart it would be the helpfulness of their staff while some stuff are amazing there are others that just really do not meet the expectations of everyday consumers such as myself.
If it wasn't for that I would definitely give Walmart a five star review just over there amazing items selections and inspired ideas.

Had everything I was looking for, as usual, only thing I couldn't find was a copy of farcry 6 for xbox one, but its because they were sold out at this location. Overall good shopping experience.

They have a lot more products than the other two Walmarts here in WF. It's a bigger store. Staff is friendly. If you're in the area, check it out!

Been going to these store since it was built and have always been satisfied with their service. Employees will treat you with extra courtesy as a long-term regular. In all these years I have only had to request manager one time and he approved my request over the phone extension!

This was my first time back to Walmart in a long time. It was alright but I dont appreciate having to use the self check outs. I'm not a cashier they're are people who get paid to ring up are groceries and we should be able to use them.

Was at Greenbrier store this a.m. So appreciate the man in automotive shop. Wish I had gotten his name. Tina at the check was friendly and a bright spot.

Bathrooms. At. Walmart are. Very. Unsafe. Fights. Break. Out. No. Guard. On. Dirty. Should. Be. Walmart. Should. Show. Care.

Out of too many items all the time. Too many online ppl pulling and parking in the middle of the isle while they pull groceries.

Safest place for me to stay until I get back home. I wish people would have more respect for the parking lot workers.they work hard. Stop throwing trash everywhere! And put the buggies where they go.

Got vaccinated at the pharmacy and it was hassle free and very professional

It was wal- mart. Not bad but not great. I will say that out of the 3 Walmarts here in Wichita falls, Texas the one off of southwest parkway is the best as far as friendly helpful staff.
