Walmart Supercenter, McKinney TX

This is the best Walmart I've ever been to. It's clean and there's always a friendly staff member nearby to help. I wish I lived close enough to go more often

If I'm going to ring my own items out all of the time regardless of the amount that I'm buying, then I feel like I should get the employee discount? Oh and by the way the employees that you do have working there could be a little more helpful and definitely a little bit more friendly!

For WMs, nicely maintained, clean, and solid selection of products for home and grocery. Customers and employees are typically polite and well-mannered.

It's Walmart. You get good prices (until everyone else is out of business), and a good selection. I prefer Kroger. My wife prefers Walmart. The reason I give it three stars is the workers, not the quality of the products they have. The workers always greet us, they know when we shop. So my issue with this location is not the people. They're fantastic. It's not that Walmart is a big chain. I'm not anti-capitalist. I admit I don't like some of their business practices, but it's their business. My problem is the quality of their always China-made products.

I just downgraded this review to 1 star. Why? I'm old. As an old person I expect something from where I shop. Like sanitary conditions. The last few times I've been here I see workers who do the online orders running around in shorts picking through the produce and meats. The company allows those employees to do this so that they are "comfortable. " It was 36 degrees when we last shopped. But even if it was 96 degrees that's no excuse. Do Arabs wear shorts in 120 degrees? No. They cover their bodies completely. It is asinine to think you are doing anything except contaminating my food by allowing employees to wear shorts around food.

My mask is uncomfortable. I wear it so others are comfortable. He should not wear shorts so that I am comfortable.

I like this store. Friendly employees and I can find everything i need, but PLEASE stop playing country music in your store! Also, the lines are way too long. When they are a mile long +, you need to hire more people. I went in last night (non-holiday), and waited in line like 15 min.

Customer service really lacks here. No greets at checkout. People who work in customer service act like they have never been trained in customer service. Don't even bother trying to call them, they will answer and just say "please hold". Then you can enjoy the 20 min wait hold

Slightly above average Walmart. Cleaner than most, does not look old (because it's fairly new building compared to other Walmart's) but the area they could use more improvement on is the employee's. Countless times have they been anything but helpful and kind.

Horrible service. I went to pickup a car battery i ordered. When I tried to give them my old battery so they could return my core charge they refused.

They don't have large bags for your big items.but they told me I should be grateful for the small bags.because prior to Covid-19
They were going to require customers to bring their own bags.but now they don't want us to bring our own bags for fear of contamination. I'm thinking Walmart should be happy I'm shopping there and not at target

Okay, Walmart! I see you! You all betta is gone ahead nowLoving these new decorum choices! You all stepped up your game! I spent way more time in that department than I perpetually have previously, I reckon, lol, so yay!

They put my $7 cologne behind a locked cabinet and can never get anyone to show up to let me buy it. Now the manager states the lock is broken so can’t open it. Which is BS because they is more then one door. Complete trash employees.

I miss this Walmart. My new one doesn’t answer the phones and only fulfills grocery orders when they feel like it. This one is great!

How can company find it safe and reliable to forces 100s of customer in through two lines. This location never has enough cashiers. Kind hard to social distance when everyone is forced in the same line

Love this store, Covid 19, wear masks and they sanitized basket, they have a shielded registers at all stores are open, and they have variety of products, foods, sanitizer,
Outdoor furniture, grills, kids clothes, toys, adult clothes, jewelry, Medical supplies.

Horrible Service, Poor Store Condition, Consistently Promotes Deceptive Pricing Practices. Walmart Corp has no accountability over the Store Manager, should have been replaced a long time ago!

Unbelievably the most rude & disrespectful cashier I've ever met works here. If you'd like to avoid Clarissa, go to Target instead.

I cut my finger reaching for a gloves in the apparel dept. It hurt for 2 days, and finally healed. I was so worried about covid.

I can't find anything I ever want there. I wanted a big picture, a specific flat round battery. A butter knife and a butter holder. Heck, even the bananas I wanted were out of stock. And the magic the gathering cards have been returned with all the best ones missing. There's something seriously wrong with this Walmart, I don't know why I bother sometimes considering I could just get it on Amazon and it would be quicker than the amount of time it takes for the store to restock anything.
