This Walmart unfortunately started to have so many shortages in many products in many categories

PSA: No matter what, for any reason, under ANY circumstances.do NOT purchase a Walmart gift card from here, or anywhere else. Ours somehow got ripped BEFORE we even had a chance to activate it! And, Walmart refuses to do anything, because "it was used before we activated it" (REALLY? !). The fraudulent practice is common and known to Walmart and they offer no form of customer protection from this fraud. So, I'm out $150. Be warned!

I tried calling several times for an associate to answer the phone and it took them over 20 minutes to answer!

All products is good except Grilled chicken is not well cooked We tried it several times but it was not cooked well I hope they pay attention to this paragraph

My visit to this store was very wasteful and unpleasant. I was trying to purchase a TV, that online said $548 but in store $585. I decided to head to the store, hoping to get my new TV. For those who don’t know sometimes Walmart has their merchandise marked down online but haven’t done it in store yet. Therefore, when I was ready to check out, the cashier had brought Manager Loravil (not sure how to spell her name) and she said I’ll have to order it online and pick it up tomorrow, to get it for that price. I told her it doesn’t make sense since I’m already here at the store and I can purchase then. To be honest I’m not sure if she just didn’t wanted to do it or what. But now I have to make a 2 round trip for no reason. Thanks to the cashier who assisted me first, she was the sweetest. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for management.

Good, everyday low prices on many items, including items that are difficult to find in other stores.

If you are shopping on the app/website, you'd really need a bit of time/patience to find some items, which Walmart has but don't show on the first or second search, sometimes, you have to be creative with the name of the item to find it.

Also pay particular attention to their third-party merchants/marketplace sellers. Sometimes, the products you get are not as advertised.

Back in the day I use to hate Walmart, but ever since they added 15 plus self checkout stands it's easier to get in and out, this Walmart on Grand parkway in Richmond is very nice

Store was stocked. Only 2 manned check out lines, but the store wasn't busy at 9: 30.am, so it was tolerable.

I volunteered to bake a Turkey for the office Thanksgiving and Christmas luncheon and went to Walmart early this morning to buy Turkey baking bags. I've never baked one before and didn't know where to look
I saw a Walmart employee, Paris is her name, and flagged her down for help. I asked if she knew where they were and said, no. On a side note, another employee had just told me that as well and didn't do anything further to assist, but not Paris. Paris said, no, then started looking on her hand help computer and asked another young employee if he knew. By that time Paris said look at isle K12. I went there and still couldn't find the bags mixed in with a bunch of other kitchen type of bags, foil, Reynolds wrap etc. About that time Paris takes it upon herself to check on me and asked if I found them? I said, NOPE. She then looks around herself and says, here they are! There they were bottom freaking shelf in a box about as small as whatever.

I hold Customer service high at the establishments I shop and Paris is example of fine attitude and customer service doing her job well while representing her employer. I bet her parents are proud and Walmart should proud that she is working there. It's the little things in life that make a difference.

Well I was able to get my dog food.no word about what happened. But the employee who brought my order was very polite and professional

For the first time in 5 years that I have been shopping here someone actually asked if I needed help.

I pick up things to purchase and take a picture with camera every time because prices are never correct when scanned. I had a pair of pants marked down and I could see why the bottom was stained the supervisor questioned it like in poor the mark down sticker on the item and refused to sell. Another visit picked up sheets for to register and not and price brought associate to aisle to be told oh that is the wrong price despite there were several packs of sheets next to price point. Management and grandparkway store is horrible. I will drive the to HEB or another location. The store IS HORRIBLE with customer service!

Do not buy mixed paint here! If you do, good luck finding someone who knows how to use the mixing machine. If they know how to use the machine, they most likely do not have the base paint, or the mixing cartridge is out. Somehow if you manage to get the paint you want, pray you don’t need more paint because of the reasons listed above. Desperate me drove to the next Walmart and purchased the base paint, unfortunately they don’t mix that color at that location. I took the base paint back to the original store just to find out that no one there knows how to use the machine (after 30min of waiting). Maybe the 3rd store will be a lucky charm. If you need mixed paint go to a paint store, the little money you save at Walmart is not worth the stress.

It's a Walmart super center. You know what you get. The associates were very helpful and in a good mood. I have never been there before and had to ask many questions.

Self checkout and a single 20 items or less lane open, so that sucks. Lots of employees standing around chatting in corners of the store. Good selection of cheap products. Similar to most Wal-Marts.

I got my flu shot here. This was such a great interaction with literally every single pharmacy employee. I’m impressed and thank you!

There is a need for more checkers. I am not a fan of checking myself out. And I need help. Call me old fashion but I do enjoy inner action with the good people who are working at Walmart.
