The pharmacy used to be run by decent people. Now, it is staffed by an African American female pharmacist who has and extremely poor attitude towards the general public. She is condescending, rude and confrontational. When asked a question about medication. Her response was "oh well you know everything" When I asked a question about insulin. Then refused to answer the question because I took issue with her rudeness and disrespect towards me. You should expect customers to become irate when your staff is deliberately rude and disrespectful towards them. Your customers do not have to take that lying down. We can fight back! And what does Walmart do when the customer fight back over being treated poorly? They circle the wagons and protect their dysfunctional employees who have no business working in customer service. That means that rude female pharmacist was able to lie to the female store manager (who probably also dislikes the public) and convince her I was the aggressor. I wasn't the aggressor. I wasn't rude to anyone initially. I will not stand by and say nothing while your employees are rude to me. I reserve the right to fight back. Walmart has long been out of touch with the general public and the fact that you employ a pharmacist who acts this way is simply more evidence to that fact. I will not stop here. I will contact corporate to let them know how your pharmacist has behaved. Read the other 1 star reviews and you can see that this particular Walmart has a long history of issues which other customers have complained about. If you want a better shopping experience go to Kroger. I've been coming to this Walmart for 20 years nearly and has always been a sht show

Nice, helpful, and friendly employees. Riding carts for the elderly and disabled are available.

They need more cashiers at times but other than that I meet great employees.well it's better now that they added self checkouts.

This is terrible that the manager of this Walmart cancels the orders to the drivers for no reason.

They make you feel like you're stealing after you purchase an item can you leave the store it's horrible and I don't like feeling like I'm being watched or chased out of the store by y'all's employees I'm legally blind and I was treated horribly

Shaun Jones the pharmacy manager told me that she can pick and choose who she FEELS like she could have fill the medication on. We have been trying to fill out the script since Wednesday. This lady is entitled and when I asked why she would not fill she said I Can Refuse this medication and I Am. Thats a shame. Just because its for a dog does not give this woman a right to refuse based on her own awful etiquette.and judgemental Mentality. I asked to speak to someone above her and she grinned and said no. That she was the only person and then she asked for an NPI. Told her. Vets do not have NPI. But Instead of Owning up and trying to work with us she just refused and HUNG UP ON MY DOCTORAND MYSELF! VERY RUDE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING THEIR Or GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN SOME MANNERS. (Communication). We are a professional Medical HOSPITAL. But BECAUSE SHE DECIDED TO FEEL SOME TYPE OF WAY. We are the perscribers. You need to fix your stereotyping ways just by a call! I hope walmart has some type of traing course to deal with ladies that act like this. The worse part is that the Dr called and the joan hung up on mTheDr. For shame. Please if anyone knows corporates number please give it to me asap. I worked in human medicine and I never had these issues!

Porter has horrible customer service as far as doing stuff the way that makes it difficult on its customers.like having the garden center open so you park way down there and no cashier or self check out to run it and out so what you thought was going to be in and out turns in to a 20 minute walk around.

They used to send their secret shoppers to stalk me he wore sketchers because back when I was younger I got caught stealing this tall white guy and short.mexican guy come out looking like offbrand 21 jump street they made me sign some stuff that I used the wrong name (on purpose of course) I think he quit could never get over a 17 year old flaming him it was funny

The cashiers are not friendly at all they charge you for the stuff and then they don't put them in the bag I have to go back twice to get my stuff

The auto depart runs in one gear super low speed. They are extremely slow. Zero cars in for oil change or anything, I’m the only one here and it’s taken almost an hour so far. SMH

It could be cleaner. And if you go late at night expect all aisle you be cluttered with stocking boxes. They situate them in a way that makes it difficult to turn down an isle, leave the aisle, cross over…

Theft is a real issue.bought a phone screen protector just to realize the package was empty when i got home to put it on my phone.whoever had stolen out of it just put it right back on the shelf like nothing happened.currently on my 11th time trying to call and getting absolutely no answer to find out if it’s even worth my time to come try to get an exchange or refund.

IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO BUY WHAT YOU WANT DONT EVEN GO IN THE STORE.

Always a bad experience. Customer service has been set to the lowest bar possible. Asides management really needs to be better trained. They have the fire exits blocked and commercial truck blocking online pickup spaces.
