Walmart Supercenter, Galveston TX

Walmarts are great they always are. I want Walmart to start selling pot ASAP. I want the capacities of every farmer that wants to chasing these dollars. American Farmers First. Second. And 3rd.unless you you got some GREAT seeds from somewhere then maybe let's talk.

I went to this Walmart in Galveston while I was on a little mini vacay.

I really liked everything that I saw in there.they had very nice clothes and they were a bargain.
I like the socks too that I bought in there. I had to stop myself from over spending.

All of the other things that were necessities for me doing my vacation they just seem to have them.
I was very thankful for that.

The outfit that I'm wearing in the picture is one that I bought from there.

We had a little mini freeze that came through so I knew beforehand and stopped in at Walmart and I picked that up to assist me in my wardrobe because I didn't really have anything for the cold.
I really really like it.

I bought a air up mattress last night at sun, Dec 12 at 9: 30 p.m. Got home and not only was it dirty, but it wouldn't air up.so i tried taking it back and they would not give me my money back nor would they not exchange it.

I chose items for pickup but they shipped a jar of mayonnaise and oatmeal obviously their website is not working don't use it

I will never do curb side at this location ever again!

Nobody would answer inside either. What's going on? Caught 2 guys outside saying they don't work curb side. Just go in people! And just know I have not had a cashier there in over 2 yrs. Be prepared to be the cashier haha

Had something Eye'd been ISO for months all around SE Texis. Wuzn't what I looked 4 butt it was Better & cost Less!

I arrived in an RV and before I could even go in and shop I was told no RV's. Walmart must of ran the numbers a figured they don't make enough money from RV's. Always about profit with Walmart. It's the only thing the company cares about!

Typical Walmart, good or bad. Getting assistance can be a challenge, and discounted prices are what you get for the inconvenience.

Overall was actually better than planned to be. All were so nice and wishing each other Merry Christmas throughout the store. My only downfall was self check outs had only 1 cash machine per side which is truly a pain.

This is the WORST shopping experience! Huge store with many shoppers, and only two check out lines open! And those two cashiers are SLOW. But there are many funky employees wandering around. Guess they do not know how to check out customers.

Me and my husband went in to start our Christmas shopping for our toddler hoping to get some good deals. We thought we hit the jackpot when we saw the semi truck ride-on that our little one has been obsessed with. We called over an associate and right away she said, “Oh no, we don’t carry that. ” And told us the display was a mistake and that it should’ve been thrown away a long time ago.
Wow how frustrating! Why display this? And why is there a different price in store vs online? The associates won’t even bother to help. Absolutely ridiculous.

I like shopping at walmart and i think you get good fair prices.some of us have to get the best bang for our dollar. Think walmart gives us a fair price

Well I just put all my groceries back in the cart from checkout counter belt and left it at the service desk because I don't want to have to disinfect my items before putting them away. Why? The checkout counter and belts were absolutely disgusting! The self checkout also had food caked in the cracks and all over the sides of the counter. I've been trying to get ahold of the manager but they keep putting me on hold without answering. I will never shop at Galveston Walmart again.

Not bad - maybe not all the amenities of your standard Walmart but more than adequate. A real pain to get in and out of the parking lot and the store was generally crowded when I visited

It has alot more stuff than most Walmarts they have actually tortillas shells from Mexico along with a bunch of other things

When I went to this Walmart, I happened to only have cash on me. No money in the bank. I was astonished to learn that there was only ONE register in the entire store that was accepting cash. Never had that happen before.

Lots of homeless people liven out side parking lot, and using shopping cart to shelter them selfs from sun, this island needs to clean up these people.

For a store this size, there isn't enough sales help. You have to find some one to help you anything. We'll stocked and supplied, just hard to find what your looking for. And it's not layer out like other stores.

2 checkers and the store was packed. If you are looking for the Twilight Zone, I have found it! You can read through two magazines as you wait on line. Or half way through a Romance Paperback.
