This Walmart is horrible rude employees and they never answer the phone I would not recommend Walmart unless emergencies. Very inconvenient

Besides the ride here it's a better Wal-Mart than most here in San Antonio or least the ones I've been to; in the area our go to store besides Target, H-E-B or the convenient stores.

Okay experience. Checkout was fast due to the multiple self-checkout registers. Unfortunately a lot of the items were not available due to the holidays. Staff was helpful.

Better stocked shelves than the poverty stricken Walmart by where I live. Items we needed instead of barren shelves. I am now the best checker to ever help me at Walmart. I should get a raise.

The ladies in the pharmacy were nice but super slow. There was no one to assist me in buying bikes for my kids, but an employee named Maria felt the need to chastise me for letting my small kids slowly peddle their bikes 20 feet to the self checkout because they are too young to understand how to roll them. Mind you, she did not offer to help the angle mom in purchasing two bikes. She just wanted to gripe at me and remind me that Walmart isn't responsible if they hurt themselves. As soon as she walked away, we passed a very large spill and my son almost fell in it. She certainly walked by it on her way. Bravo, Maria! Way to go. This Walmart is the 5th circle of hell.

The staff tries their best except for the management overall understaffed and not too helpful, you can find better service anywhere else

Customer service department is appalling. The Short chubby older woman in the payment services department needs to find a warehouse job away from dealing with clients. Apallling communication skills and apalling attitude all together.

My overall experience was positive, with the location carrying a wider range of products than some other locations. However, when it came to checking out, it was problematic. Whilst self-checkout can be helpful and convenient when only a few items are being purchased, it can be quite a chore when buying items for my family. There was a long line of frustrated customers behind me in the self-checkout line, and there were no physical cashiers available, so there was no other option. Walmart basically made me an unpaid employee, making me work to purchase, and bag my own groceries. That is the job of an employee, not a customer. Not good enough!

Was shopping for tires. Great price. But very limited (1) choices for my vehicle. So I was force to purchase a tire we didn't really want. Granted it was a good price. Just 2 sizes larger because they had no other 16 in truck tires as the normally have after 3 different walmarts. So we set an appointment for noon as we had another appointment at 2pm 27 miles away. Was there before noon. By time they checked us in and took their time it was like 1204 when they got the keys. Then the truck sat till almost 1230 before they started on it. Then I noticed that the team members working on the tires would stop often and walk off and talk to other people then go back. It was almost 1pm before they finished mounting just 2 tires. I have been to other tire shops that have done the same work in 15 to 20 minutes not an hour. Was almost late for our 2pm appointment because of what looked like very poor time management.

People were polite and everything, they all just seemed to lack decent time management skills. I also heard a couple customers saying their oil change services had taken over 2 hours. Either they had poor time management skills, book to much service for staff on hand or just do have top notch customer service skills.

Sorry for the negative feedback. We realize walmart, just on a time when we were in a hurry and thought our making an appointment would be a good idea, it almost proved to cause us to miss other appointments.

Will we go back, yes, will we set appointments, probably not. Just drive in and get online seems to produce better time results.

Since you asked, it sucks! Just like it always does. The availability of an employee/associate for assistance, in any department beyond the cluster of blue-vested bodies at the cashier's and self-check-out area was practically nil. However, I did noticed 3 different undercover security personnel watching and trailing me as I futility searched for some help. But it's more than just that Something almost went terribly bad at the self-check-out. Be aware of your surroundings in that area. It's a setup.less than 0 stars

I do self checkout, they have 2 checkers only. Get what i need already have list and head out quickly, workers friendly and ask if i found everything i needed.
