Walmart Supercenter, New Braunfels TX

Love curbside pickup but they always get something wrong. I still appreciate that I don't have to go inside. Did you know they have a pet pharmacy as well!?

This Walmart has been fine, a Walmart is a Walmart.

Not any noticable inventory issues and no suspicious encounters (although i never go at night).

Whoever is In charge of the automotive department needs to be replaced with someone that can manage it correctly. To make a long story short. Don't expect anything but the worst (from this location anyways). And check to make sure they put your air intake box back on correctly. (your car will sound louder than usual when you accelerate if it's not put back on correctly.

P.s. Check your vehicles tire pressure because they will add air no matter if your car needs it or not.

I Just went to Walmart to return something from Halloween that was unused and unopened. They said that they weren't accepting returns from Halloween. I asked where that was posted and was just stared at with a blank look. Like was was speaking in tongue. Im guessing I was speaking to the manager cause he never said his name or said one word. I asked to speak with the someone else and he said he had the right to refuse any return. I had my receipt and I understand its Nov but its only a 7 days past Halloween. Sure rude service and people. I know remember why I NEVER like to shop here. So going further they need to post a sign stating this especially for the Holiday
season.

Moved to a new City and love this Walmart. It’s pet friendly. We’ve see. Parrots, big dogs and little dogs. We’re going to have to bring our dogs as well. So excited!

It was okay I spent $191 the gentleman at the register seemed more concerned about the girl he was talking to but works there too he took forever to ring up my groceries I always spend a lot there at Walmart Walmart needs better customer service

Was a little disappointed. No Turkey Roast available except the preseasoned ones, no Club crackers. Was looking for a couple House dresses but didn't have any.
Found everything else on my list tho.

I did a pickup order and was notified 2 items were out of stock, so I decided to go inside and found the items on the shelf? ! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Hate going into stores because of covid 19 that's why I signed up for Walmart plus, for delivery and pickup! Not to go into the store! That's why most of my overall shopping is with Amazon!

Wally world usually has everything you need. You have choices from low end to a bit more pricy or affordable. A good place to pick up paper goods & miscellaneous items.

I purchased meat there about 4 days ago and when I was ready to use it, I noticed green hairy spots on it and it smelled bad. I took it back to the store and was told I could only return it with a receipt or I could exchange it. They didn't have the exact same meat that I purchased so they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never buy meat from this store again.

Went for a compost tumbler but the entire garden section was empty. Composting knows no season Wal-Mart and people also keep house plants regardless of the season.

This is my local Walmart, and their car care center has improved so much after reopening due to covid. Oil changes are much faster.

I am done with the pharmacy here and it’s only at this location! I called in the morning and the lady said she will have my medicine ready in an hour I came and they said it wasn’t going through and they always say that or either it was blocked ALL THE TIME! So they said it’s going to take about another 45 minutes and I had to go to work so they lady said it will be ready for me when I get my lunch at 4: 30 so I left work skipped lunch to get my medicine and when I get there they said the same thing as last time AGAIN! And said it will be about 20 minutes that I did not have! Now I have to miss my medicine again because of their mistakes! Worst service around all this Texas area don’t ever get your medicine from here if your in time limits they will mess up all the time!

Usually a good experience. It can take a long time if you need help in a specific department. I finally gave up on waiting for someone to come to sporting goods after 45 minutes.

Haven't been in a Walmart since pandemic, helpful took care of money transfer to Walmart in Carlsbad New Mexico. Wow uneasy feeling how much my phone recalls info.

Have been using curbside pickup since it started, I've been dealing with cancer since January 2020, not having to enter the store and expose myself has been such a relief, and the associates in that area are always pleasant and expedient.

I found what I was looking for. But when we needed help we couldn't find anyone to help us. It took the security guard had to go and find someone to help us. After buying the ideal we need help to put it on the truck. The person who was to help us took so very long. The was a person passing by help us take care of the problem.

Tons of merchandising right now for Halloween. Christmas is just getting started. I was looking for something specific they did not have.
