Walmart Supercenter, Aransas Pass TX

All the clerks and store staff was very friendly sort the store seem to have plenty of stock on merchandise everything from bath and beauty to hardware automotive tires batteries hunting and fishing

As far as Walmarts go, this one does a pretty good job. The customer service has been good and the folks working there seem to have good attitudes and are friendly and helpful. They seem to have a better stock than some of the others in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff at self checkout. Only 2 negative comments.
1) On a few occasions while in produce section a lady stocking bulk produce was non-stop coughing and had mesk well below her chin. She may not have COVID, which is real, but she has something, that wasn't an irritant cough but a viral or bacterial cough.
2) Always out of Diet Mt Dew, have gone at different days of the week and different times during the day.

Walmart cut back on registers open. Which was only 1, everything else was self check. There were 6 employees talking and hanging out at customer service. 2 employees in the quick self checkout, and 4 more standing by the closed registers. I will shop elsewhere. If you cant put those people to work at the registers then you dont need my money.

Great place. I work at Subway so I get to see a lot of great customers coming in and out of Walmart and with us at Subway thanks guys!

Very rude associates at the customer service desk. White raggedy lady with a bun being very rude to my mother when she asked a question. Don’t work in customer service if you are going to act like that. Poor experience don’t recommend anyone who has a question about ANYTHING to go there!

We went in there today and once again they are playing their going cashless at the self-checkout again. My husband and I left our necessities and stook off. Everywhere else in town has cash, but Walmart, REALLY? This whole going 'cashless society' thing is a joke. Never going to happen. If I can't pay cash at a self check out anywhere, then I don't need to go there. Today confirmed that we are completely DONE WITH WALMART! I bet old man Walt is rolling over in his grave right now seeing what the rest of his family is doing to the business he started that used to help people soooo many years ago. Makes me sick!

You can no longer get cash back at the self checkout and they rarely have other lanes open. It's very difficult to find any products not made in China. Think I'll start shopping at our small local markets, and small business owners, as much as possible. Then order from made in the U. S. A.sources.

I absolutely love this Walmart! Their staff are the best I've ever encountered in any Walmart and it's sooo clean and neat and organized and I always find everything I need here. I really appreciate the staff, they are amazing and friendly and helpful. I'd rather travel 20 miles to go to this particular location than to the one just half a mile from my home

The employees here have a little problem of knowing where things are. I would like to think it is only one or two but I hit on a string of them.

I use to work for Wal-Mart at the gas station, the management there is very poor, they don't care for the workers, when I was the only person working there, they just don't care at all if you got your lunch break or not, it was to the point my wife would have to call and act like a customer over the phone, so I can get someone to give me my lunch break, Wal-Mart is a good place to work for but it's the management is very poor there

Having been to my fair share of walmarts this one is good one stop shop. Good variety of clothing, toys, accessories and more. Went to see if they had a specific toy in stock (they did not) but we found a lot more and left happy customers

When you call and ask a question about your item nobody has an answer.you are transfer to another Dept and nobody answers the phone.
Go to the store and when you look for an employee they scatter like roaches!

I'm a 70 year old Vietnam Vet, the didn't have a single disabled riding scooter charge at all! When my wife ask for help trying to find one for me nobody can seem to help us! Then they told my wife if she was rude that should apologize for asking for one don't have to worry about me going there again!

Wish it was open 24 hrs n I think they should expand their buisness by maybe hiring local contractor or service types by offering services for home owners.ie.installation, remodels, repair services, consultants or advisors to help their customers all the way around.not just on store selling merchandise or materials

Aransas Pass Walmart service is nothing like the poor service we are use to in Corpus Christi. And I always thought all the Walmarts were the same but they are not. They are in Corpus Christi. In Aransas Pass Texas you get family type of service with a smile.
