Walmart Supercenter, Bastrop TX

I went to electronics to find a specific product that showed in stock in the store. I flagged down a young man that I found out was on his way to his break and didn't even work in that area - but he kindly decided to skip his break to help me. The item wasn't on the shelf, but because he was so helpful I did not care. I just ordered it online and actually ended up saving $15!

On the way home from rescuing my truck the trailer we had it had a flat. We were next to to Bastrop Walmart Supercenter but it was past midnight so we slept in the parking lot until the Tire Service Center opened. We called at 07: 00 and Jimmy answered and said he would come out to the trailer & check the tire size. He had one in stock and backed me up to the service bay. We walked to get coffee and he called me saying that the tire was fine but it had come off the bead and lost air but it was fine. We came back and he had everything ready to go including putting air in the truck. I went to pay and he said no charge. Wow! They worked on the flat for at least 25 minutes. Jimmy was super polite and very helpful making us aware of the low tire pressures and potential problems that it could cause. We will go back when we replace our tires. Thank you Jimmy you were awesome.

I dislike Walmart and how they rearrange everything just when you figure out where everything is!

The customer service is horrible and they don't have many real workers.most of them are self pay

Today is wear your pj's to school day for my 3rd grader. Well, last night while at Walmart we could not find much selection for girls 7/8. We looked at every rack and luckily found a matching pj set at a reasonable price. Unfortunately when we got ready in the morning we realized that the shirt was a size 7/8 and the pants were a size 12. It is what it is.

Curbside pick up. Easy to grab supply run. The lady that loaded my truck was super friendly and quick.

You know Walmart has been good for the customer service but one cash register open in store this large as this one that's that's not no customer service you got lines of people with one cash register open great customer service! @@

Clean bathroom The bank inside this walmart (Woodforest) is open til 7p Though some of the employees may look tired and over worked they are still quite nice and courteous. My quick shop stop whenever I'm in the area. Just wish they would add Sherry to their wine selection

Walmart just has it all. I am a very forgetful kind of guy, I forget to bring my list, so I end up walking all around the store. You can get a pretty good mental map of where things are about your fourth round of that store. I also get lost looking the people that work there know where every is at, just look for the people with the blue vest and a funny looking target on it, promise they gonna where to go. I told my friend I give up right away when I get lost in there. He said why not just call them up from your house with your list drinking your coffee and order all you need. Well yeah they don't ever get lost in there. Then when they call you back, you go just pick it all up.

So glad to be back in Texas where they know how to manage inventory. I'm a regular Wal mart shopper and all across the country the cupboards were bare. I bought into the supply chain nonsense until we got back to Bastrop and low and behold.fully stocked shelves. Thank you Wal mart Bastrop!

I will never shop there again. I was in there this morning. There was one line with a cashier and that line was soooo long it would have been an hour B4 I would have gotten out of that store. I went to self checkout they use to take checks but no more. Self checkout use to take cash payment but no more. You can only pay with a card. This is unacceptable. Why do t you just shut the store down. I left my basket and told them to put the stuff back bc I'm going to HEB. WALMART IS A DISGRACE

I only go if I need something that other stores don't carry. Buy hate the self check out. Always confusing who is only paying with cash that one register takes. And if you want one with employee. Better be willing to wait.

Waiting to return 1 item with only 1 cashier and 8 people in line. Lady at counter returning and entire cart of Halloween supplies she decided she didn't need on 3 different cards

What kind of establishment forces customers to check themselves out and then doesn't even accept cash as payment! WAL MART apparently. What a joke this company has become. Old Man Sam is turning in his grave right now.
