Walmart Supercenter reviews
15Can customer service not multi task? They not onlybhave horrible service every single time while in store, but i have called multiple times in the last week, and they dont pick up the phones. It rings and rings. And then they hangup after like 10 minutes of ringing. I am pretty sure that is basic customer service desk skills
Until recently, Walmart grocery pickup was absolutely great; however, recently they have resorted to shortages in many mainline items and asking for bulk buying like Sam's and for customers to pay shipping costs. ALL food prices have risen substantially and shipping costs inflate prices even more!
Always well stocked and clean. Really don't like the complete self checkout though. Not sure why we are taking jobs away from more people.
The employee named KAI should give him better training and explain that clients are helped and treated with respect.
Awful, not much in stock on shelves. The customer service center people are Rude and Clueless. Most customers are rude also, try my best not to go to this location.
Very small Walmart but pretty well equipped. We’ve been able to find just about everything we need here.
Has almost everything a store should have. I don't really have any complaints as I've had great experiences here.
Would have given 5 star Devon and Micheal in electronics were awesome…K was ok … Rosa made me want to give this store 1 star
This Walmart location has the new enormous self-checkout area that has like 16 to 20 lanes. The rest of it is pretty standard Walmart experience.
This Walmart is one hour away from my house BUT well worth the drive. Well stocked and organized. I live in N Arlington and the Walmarts around here are fairly good. But this Walmart was Excellent! 5
Visited this place 28Oct2021 just before Halloween day to buy chocolates and chips for my kid.
We have entered here 5 mins before close. It closes on 11: 00 PM. People working are forcing us to bill and not to even go there and where as time is up.
I don’t feel comfortable here. People working here are not customers friendly.
DON’T COME HERE
Hate the new self checkout. Are we customers or employees? Since they treat us like employees, they should pay us for checking out and bagging our items. Plus, I have a bad back and it's difficult for me. Also, it used to be that you could get ANYTHING at WM. Now, many times I leave without getting what I want. So I've just turned to Ebay and Amazon for most of my shopping. I get exactly what I want in a day or two.
I was looking for Shampoo/Conditioner and found myself boxed' in 'a maze of isles. Eventually found what I needed oddly placed on a wall facing the Womens Clothing section. Other than that the store was clean and employees were friendly & helpful.
I tried using coupons and they wouldn’t take them even though the Walmart website states that YALL DO TAKE THEM! The cashier wouldn’t even try to help me or call someone else she just said “we do not take them” and asked me to leave.
I literally had FOUR coupons! She wouldn’t even look at them. I felt embarrassed for something I should not have to.
I was trying to use VALID coupons and save probably like $4.
I printed them from coupons.com.
If they didnt want to do their job they could just say that!
Was on the hunt for Pokémon cards only to realize that it had already been picked clean. Couldn’t get anything for my kiddos
