Walmart Supercenter, Dallas TX

Definetly understaffed for the holidays! The store seems unorganized and it's honestly difficult to find what you're looking for. Maybe they were just trying to fit in all the christmas stuff. There was only 4 checkout lines open which is a very small number when compared to the number of people in that store. They have super cool self checkout machines though!

I'm sure all of the stores are taking a hit from the lack of people wanting to work.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to, from the management to the employees it sucks. No matter what time you go there it’s the same thing.money center line stay long it’s always one person working same thing the manager never helps out. 4 cashiers line out the door everybody just walking around on break all day I guess.they never have anything in stock I mean why are thy open seriously!

What can I say about Walmart it's a great place always! Been in my neighborhood for almost 30yrs, and I'm. Still learning new things about Walmart, that's cool.

Standing in checkout line I became ill, the cashier named Christi noticed my condition, she sat me down, gave me a bottle of cold water, unloaded my cart, rang up my groceries bagged and loaded them into my cart, and made sure I was fit to leave on my own. Christi went out of her way to help me she is not only an efficient observant employee, but also caring human being.

I love Walmart. For me as a German its a consumers paradise. WIDE selection, good products, huge parking lot, many many cashiers, self check-out, bountiful store

This is the worst Walmart ever! I hate coming here, On a busy day they will only have about 4 check outs open and Mgt walks by instead of helping and jumping on a register. Shouldn’t even get one star

Have been on the phone calling over 25 times for the past hour and a half, no one in ANY department can bother to pick up the phone, finally got ahold of an actual person at the pharmacy and they told me it is a “ chronic ongoing problem“ that no one answers the phone. Wish I could just go to a different Walmart closer to me (as this one is 45 minutes away) but it is unfortunately the only one I’m allowed to go to for this particular problem, and I don’t want to make that drive out there just to get there and be told they actually can’t help me. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!

Customer service is important however at store 2427 has not been able to provide professional
Service. Your employees are rude especially your vision center. I have complained over many times, nothing has been corrected. Please take care of this issue promptly

I will say this walmart is just OK. Its clean, mostly have in stock items. But they dont have self checkout which leads to long wait times in checkout lines. Other than that its good.

I had an issue with a pickup order, and Brandon went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! The issue was resolved in a timely manner because of his hard work.

ABSOLUTE WORST WALMART I HAVE EVER SET FOOT IN &I have been to some pretty rough neighborhoods. LOADED W/ FIRE&HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS.waited 30 mins to get a $3 screen protector unlocked &another 30 min waiting in line to pay. I should've just stolen it, as they only have enough workers to have 2registers open, they surely do not have anyone available to chase me through the parking lot. MANY EMPLOYEES DO NOT EVN SPEAK ENGLISH.

Love ️ this iron from Walmart it has a push button that automatically wraps the cord into the iron ironing board is also from Walmart

I don't understand why? When it came time for me and my mother to get the gloves? That Walmart was giving away to people? They only gave us ONE box. And we saw families walking out each person with a box. But when it came to us, we only got ONE box. Walmart is becoming "R"

Late night shopping from a long trip out of state and this store was still open and it had just what I needed to eat for a hungry traveler for the night

The worst Walmart in my town there are 29 cashier places but only 8 of them working even on Sundays it is a waste of time shopping here

It was so much to shop for my wife and tried buying a laptop and the one we wanted was not sold to us due to the last one they had in stock would not scan and the associate did not inform the manager so that we may purchase it my wife asked him to call and he said would we watched as he pretended to be so busy that he forgot now we all know Walmart does not play about items not scanning eventually we just left

On 10/29/21 @10: 20 am i went to the deli to buy a rotisserie chicken, no was at the count so i waited patiently for some time. I seen an associate int he back washing an another clean a machine. I wanted to know how much more time until the rotisserie chicken was done. So i said excuse me to the associate clean the machine. She turned around and stared at me for a minute and sarcastically said" can't you see i am cleaning i will get to you as soon as i can. "she turned around and continued clean in a leisurely pace. I turned around and left i looked for a manager nowhere around to be found. I called and never got through to anyone. This employee was rude and disrespectful. I will never come back to this Walmart again.

Stopped in after a doctors appointment. The store was well stocked, clean and check out was quick. It a nice to see so many checkers.

It's okay except once we were racially profile and this lady tried to say we didn't purchase something when we had the receipt.
