My favorite Walmart around they have everything you need and if you can't find it nobody minds to look for it for you

Jennifer in the vision center is really awesome! She has a wonderful personality.very friendly and helpful. She is through and makes sure you find the right pair of glasses to fit your face and needs. My niece was unsure of what to choose. She went back and fourth until Jennifer stepped in to help. In no time my niece had the glasses she wanted. Then Jennifer took the time to explain the protection for her glasses and the cost. She let us know that my niece could get a second pair of glasses as backup just in case something happens to the first pair. Wow. I love her energy! It was a pleasure to have her assist us. Thank you Jennifer

We were looking for storage containers. The tops did not fit all the bottoms. We had to opt for a different size just to get a lid that fit. Buyer beware!

I was profiled here a few months ago when walking out and management could care less so I haven't been back. Had to stop by as an emergency and they were profiling another Hispanic guy as he was walking out. The female greeter who was of African American descent was accusing a Hispanic guy that the cart didn't match the receipt. He didn't speak English very well. They verified his receipt was fine with another lady. After the encounter the greeter who is female African American & middle aged & very short with long curly fake hair could be heard saying " Well if he only spoke English! " Are you kidding me? This may be why all their jobs will be replaced by machines soon. Machines don't have attitude, hate, or judge people by their skin color. I was treated very unfair in the Automotive Department on Tuesday July 18 2023 by Dept. Mgr Desiree, her associate Mac, Ryan, unknown name of the Tech (Hispanic male), an Mgr David (desiree called upon my request). I contacted Home Office in Bentonville Arkansas immediately after I left Automotive to file a Complaint. About an Hour later I got a call from " Coach Marcus " at that Store. That man needs recognition. He"s the prime example of how you take care of a Customer. Marcus thanks so much for supporting me through my unfare ordeal in the Automotive Department. The manager working 7/09/23 at 5pm in Kemah is a unfriendly horrible person! She is very rude and should not be in management! Target gained a new customer and $208 sale! I understand we need a receipt for a return and I found my receipt. It was no reason to be rude and when I said thank you she rolled her eyes and didn't say a word back. I'm not spending money for rudeness. Walmart needs to train their employees to be kind. Kindness is free!

12/2019.again.been trying to buy foundation.shelves are empty.ask for help. NO ONE THERE. Has been that way for a month. Sucks, Aug 2022, still shelves have empty, floor agents very helpful. Customer Service agents need some curtsey training.still same at Kemah, shelves empty no one available for help March 2023/April 10,2023 New registers offer your receipt to be text, my daughter did, when she walked out very rude male employee stopped and said she couldn't leave store, he accused her of shop lifting, because didn't have a receipt.they walked her back to mgr they checked with cashier and video, my daughter proved she paid for items, they were less than apologetic, just said you can go. I am done, NEVER EVER shopping at any WALMART EVER AGAIN, still receipt has not arrived. Beware you could be accused of shop lifting. 7-22-2023 NO has not changed, terrible cashier system, staff as RUDE as ever, I saw one help scan customer 's items then at exit was accused of stealing, racist comments that he didn't speak English made matter worst. TERRIBLE STORE! ZERO ZERO

Ordered from here. Was set for delivery. Was claimed it was attempted, but it was not as another order from Walmart was left on my porch. Tried to call to see of I could switch it too pock up and kept getting transferred to the delivery department where it rings and rings with no answer. The finally someone answered only to hang up. Service has gone down hill since the remodel. Canceling my Walmart plus service. Who needs it if this is the service they give you.

A wonderful woman named Nikki decided to walk me all the way back to a register across the store over 3 containers of dog food. I pointed out the woman who helped me at the register. Nikki’s response was “uh uh we’re going over there. ” I told her I’d go grab it but she kindly escorted me while holding my bag to the register to get my receipt. She then asked me if I had that many items in my bag and counted them. For a minute I was afraid I may have stolen something.
Afterwards she gave me my bag, followed me to the door accosting me the whole way. I felt like an inmate being followed by a jail keeper.
Fine I left my receipt, but no need to follow me out telling me over and over “it’s your fault, this could’ve been avoided. Don’t forget your receipt and we won’t go through dis”
Never going back.

Lack of employees makes it harder to find what you need, and the app is not accurate since everything has been moved around.

Went for an oil change and got turned away! They don't close until 7 and I got there at 4pm. There was only 1 car parked in 1 bay and 1 parked outside. No cars in the line for oil change

Ooh, this Wal-Mart has good carts. No rusted, clanking, wobbly tire carts that are an exercise to push.

Don't order groceries from this Walmart, they forget items, it's takes you 15 times to call before anyone answers the number posted in the spot and they never answer the store phone in the pick up department. This is supposed to be a service that's convenient and it's anything but that.

Why when I buy stuff online for delivery, y'all have things available. I check out, y'all take my money, and apparently the items I chose are not available. Please make sure delivery orders are important because this ridiculous. I have problems with this store constantly.

Auto center service was fast and efficient. I need a new battery and installation was free. Honestly, the battery installment on my 2017 Dodge Journey is a real pain, requires removing driver side wheel and splash guards to remove and replace. Drove my vehicle 150 miles to PASS state inspection! Thank you auto center team!

Just wish they'd stop rearranging the store I don't have time to go do my job six days a week and then do their job and be insulted by the cart check on the way out and still have to hunt for everything I need. You don't trust me then do your job and ill buy your stuff

Lots of stuff. The Walmart is clean and fresh. And the selection of fishing equipment is impressive!

They had my pick up order correct they just send me an avocado that wasn't ready to eat. Had to make sushi without it.

Horrible customer service, people become irritated or huff and puff if you ask a question. I will be driving a few miles down the road and go elsewhere.

Love the renovations! This is one of the nicest Wal-Marts around here now that it's been getting renovated. Very nice!
