Walmart Supercenter, Killeen TX

I want to give kudos to Monte and Tiki for being so helpful, patient and kind! They definitely make me wanna go back to this Wal-Mart. They took their time and went above and beyond, the whole while being ever so kind and with a smile. There were 3 other members/employees whom were also helpful and I do appreciate them all! Keep up the great work!

Why do they have so many lanes but no cashiers. By using the self checkout they use people for free labor

Shop here constantly. Clean, fresh meats and vegetables. Customer service In all departments are friendly and professional. Thanks to all of you for making my visits enjoyable part of my day.

It was hard getting service there with people and help you while you're in there shopping but other than that my shopping experience was okay self checkout with slow but did okay with my shopping they need to get more help with their people as in helping you and it's checking you out with their self

It's walmart. The unfortunate truth is it's not a place I like spending money in for moral and ethical reasons.

So disappointed in the 50 piece of chicken ordered through the deli!
1. Box was greasy, soaked with grease! Had to ask fo a new box
2. Oil the chicken was cooked with tasted old or burnt
3. Chicken was dry as tho it has been sitting a couple of days

It's Walmart. I don't always find what I need, but I generally have a good experience there.

Employees are very nice and respectful. They are continuously stocking. They should have more self check outs open for larger amount of items to be scanned. Not many are open sometimes.

Price Changes were made on specific items I chose to purchase, because of "huge" discounts, I chose to purchase.but was told that special was for weekend sale only. I replied that they could return to shelf. The cashier took the time to assist me at getting me the discount due to the fact WalMart employees were at fault. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Even though we're dealing with this whole covid-19 demon if you want to get there and get what you need the best times are within the first two hours of opening and the last two hours of closing where as if you go during the middle of the day you're going to be stuck in a line for 45 minutes waiting to pay for a handful of items

Clean store, new, and friendly staff. And lines were not long. About 2miles from clear creek gate (ft hood)

I do not care to shop inside any Walmart. I will Walmart.com but do not care for the employees attitudes

Its a Wal-Mart, pretty much what you would expect. The times ive went I received adequate assistance and they had what i needed or something comparable.

Long lines, No cashier's, when you ask for assistance they tell you it's not there dept. The black lady in automotive is the only person that can /will service the whole store

My order for pick up has never been late. The workers are very polite and work together well to load your car quickly. My order is generally very accurate. It is really nice not to have to go into the store where I will get distracted and wander around. I generally end up buying something I don't need and spending more money than I meant to spend.

I go to walmart for my doggies favorite treats but they have been out for a month now. Dont get it someone needs to learn how to order. Happens way to much get it together walmart.

They've got just about everything you'd need. If only they can have a few more registers open, but with self checkout on the rise it's understandable.

I understand that we are going through a rough time with everything that is going on in this world but I feel that you should still treat customers with respect some of the employees they are very rude and they try to avoid you so they don't have to help you I normally go to the one in Harker Heights because I don't have that problem there but the one in Killeen really need to train their employees to treat people a lot better and change their attitudes about their job

Called Customer Service to check to see if we left a bag at the register and they told us no. We drove back just in case my 4 year old dropped the back before leaving the store. Went to the self checkout lady working, Annejeneth.apologies if I spelled it wrong. Awesome job to you. Bad job for normal customer service. I almost didn't drive back.
