Walmart Supercenter, Hudson Oaks TX

Good store overall. Feels old on the inside, but it's clean, stocked, and well-staffed.

Still the best Walmart in Parker County. Shelves are stocked and you're not tripping over the "shoppers" like the Walmart in Weatherford.

Both 2 ice creams today from walmart Hudson oaks.the one was fine, but on the other one, there was not seal under the cap.

Typical Walmart, don’t assume that because it is a nicer area that the experience will be better.

They are just packing extra chromosomes to make up for their lack of brain cells.

The shelves in this store are always empty, even on weekdays and you hardly see anyone stocking. They need to go check out the store in Mansfield, it's awesome!

Store is full of employees but somehow not a single one of them in electronics. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to try to buy 1 item that is locked.

Hudson Oaks is very well organized. Wide isles in most areas. Workers are friendly and helpful. They stock their shelves so people can shop compared to Azle Walmart. They also don't treat everyone like a thief checking receipts like Azle does. Nicer place to shop.

Always out of every day items. Meat refrigeration seems to break often. Freezers break often. Store isn't very clean.

It may just be me, but it is always so hot in walmarts and I don't understand why. They have everything (within reason) that I need and more but It's so hot so the experience just sucks

I use to love this Walmart, although it was farther away than 2 other Walmarts closer to me, but as of March 2nd, 2023, around noon, I will never step foot in there again. I have been going there to do my grocery shopping for years, every 2 weeks. Thursday was the first time I was ever told that I needed to go to a regular check out line instead of self checkout. I asked why, she said that her manager asked me to, I told her if he wanted me to then he needs to come over and explain to me why when I always go through a self checkout line everytime I get groceries. He didn't want to show his face, and he sent another worker to physically stand and watch me checkout, literally the whole time. I asked for the managers name, they said they couldn't give it out. I figured out real quick that he was afraid of me stealing something. REALLY. Some people like to check out themselves because they are OCD and they have given multiple cashier's an opportunity to bag everything properly, especially by putting everything on the conveyor belt in order of how you want it bagged, and even explain it to them, yet they can't do that because managers say differently or they were trained differently. What happened to customer service? It has completely gone away. I chose to go through the self checkout myself and do the work myself because I am extremely OCD, that is MY CHOICE. Do not treat me like I am a criminal because of something you can't see going on, and have enough decency to face someone and talk to them like a normal human being instead of hiding behind your female employees, I found out it was a male manager. Y'all need to do better. Everyone is different. Just because someone comes through a self checkout with a buggy full of groceries doesn't mean they want to steal something. I don't have a problem saying the reason why I do. That's MY CHOICE. Anyways, this is why I use to have a 5 star rating for this Walmart and now I have a 1 star rating.

This walmart had a issue against their employees who have disabilities. I'm done shopping there with the way they treat their employees with disabilities

Walmart pick-up was so slammed yesterday and the staff jumped into action. I was very impressed by how they worked together as a team and improvised.

This was my first time in this Walmart, I liked it. It was well-lit and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. Nice store.

It always frustrates me that every Walmart has a different layout. However, this one is the cleanest and most organized one I've been to in a very long time.

Horrible customer service experience in the photo section. I asked how long it will take to print 1 picture out, they said 7 minutes. Waited so long at least more than 30min while everyone there just left.

This place is Ridiculous! If you Drive A Semi 18 wheeler stay away! If you sleep here you will get booted and they wait until 1: 30 to 2 am to wake you up and you will have to pay $350 to get it off! Beware

I always go to this Walmart. They are always in stock. Most of the employees I have encountered are nice and helpful. However, the order fillers seem to be racing to fill their baskets and have no regard to the customers in the store and their safety.
