Walmart Supercenter, Dallas TX

Too crowded, hardly to walk through hallways and aisles because workers are stucking merchandise everywhere is kind a difficult to take your time and look for items. On the other hand I did found everything I was looking for.

Like shopping there but they run out of shopping cart quick & you have to go out in the parking lot to find one.

Was not fully stocked, a lot of items are still missing from the shelves and I do not like the automated system.no cashiers

I need something that you have to call a employee and we ask 6 people if they can help and called the lady and she dint come they never have what we need thats why TARGET is way BETTER

I go to this Walmart a lot, it gets so packed and every time I want to check out they always have the machines broken down. It’s annoying, I just wanna go in and out. If there was a target near me I’d be going there instead!

Use walmart app to check prices and then compared them to walmart.com went to register and was told they won't honor their own price match if cheaper on line. Wow! Calling corporate in the morning.

If you’re a secret clearance shopper this is a great place! We found a projector 40$ off original price. A Lenovo home hub 60% off. And some random electronics super cheap. Everything was clean and organized!

It's always crowded in the West Dallas Walmart and plus two. Two days before Christmas I go this Walmart to buy my son iPhone 7 that was $157 and it was on the Walmart website. The people in the Electronics department tells me they can't do a price match from the Walmart website. I told them yes they can because its their website. The girl then looks over at the guy and asks him and was like not really. I asked to speak to someone else and they refused to. So I told them to go ahead and give me the phone and they both was like we don't have the keys to unlock it. I told them both don't worry about it that I will go another Walmart and get it for that same price I was looking at on the website. And I did. I asked the young lady at the other Walmart do they do price match off the Walmart website she said yes they do and that the other Walmart people just didn't want to do it. I really don't like the west Dallas Walmart because of their people are just plan out rude.

I shop at Wal-Mart more than any other store, never been to one that locks up mascara and nobody to assist to unlock and buy. Customer service returns lady RUDE and got better places to be. This Wal-Mart is Too small for the amount of people in it

Traffic bottlenecks due to limited access making it difficult to enter and exit the shopping center. Poorly planned access. This Walmart does have a Build a Bear Workshop just inside the grocery-side entrance and the store itself is fine.

By far the worse Walmart in the DFW for customer service and the money center. I have been standing in line at the money center for an hour. There are three associates behind the registers, but only 1.5 are working. But they’re all standing around talking. Just ridiculous. Two managers have been over here and haven’t even noticed the same people have been in line for an hour. I would post pictures, because I did take some, but this review probably won’t even be read.

I am not gonna go into to much rant here, but for a Wal-Mart next to a major chain hotel that is a main hotel for sporting events I would expect better. I will let the pictures of the bathroom speak for themselves I wont bother going into details about the transient in the parking lot that was a tad umm assertive we will leave it at that.

1st time to use the online ordering and pick up feature! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! No more standing in line after walking all over the store! Will be using this all the time!

Wal-Mart is Walmart there is not a much to be said, it all depends on which type of neighborhood you are shopping. But it is always the same, long lines.

Tried returning an item I received for Christmas without a receipt and was turned away since it was more than $25. I checked online prior to going and everything indicated that items could be returned within 90 days even without receipt. I was informed this is just this specific locations protocol. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful. Lines are also crazy long every time I’ve shopped here.

This location has unprofessional managers, and they do not match walmart online prices either like advertised.

Store was pretty clean and a easy flow down alses. Wish they had a better variety of electronics, coffee makers in different colors, better quality of bedding linens.
