Walmart Supercenter, Plano TX

Love this walmart. Huge selection of items, very clean and organized, friendly staff, and great returns service. Only downside was the pick up process. Scanned my barcode at the large tower and it took about 20 minutes to get one item. I recommend also trying out walmart.com. You can get free delivery with a certain amount of items and there's a huge selection from other vendors.

Normally go here, not normally a problem but the last two times I've gotten a pickup grocery order from here we had to wait an excessive amount of time. Currently, for my most recent order we have been waiting for 3 hours (after we were told it was ready) and no groceries yet. Terrible

The store was quite busy. Several lanes of the checkout were more than 4+ perl line. The slef checkout was quicker but also more than 5+ per line. The grocery store was the busiest but mostly the water isle, cooler section and meat sections were the highest traffic areas.

Very poor customer service. The person working the self checkout was extremely rude. Like how hard could your job possibly be that you can’t at least be courteous to customers.

The Yarn dept is a TOTAL DISASTER! TOTALLY!

You can't find matching colors because they may be anywhere on those shelves!

I spend over half hour trying to find 3 skeins of Red Heart yarn in Camouflage, and had to REARRANGE EVERY SHELF just to determine if they had 1 skein! Let alone 1 or more!

And THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!
I have been going to this store for over 2 years!
And it is ALWAYS! ALWAYS! ALWAYS! THIS WAY!

This is the shameful and DISRESPECTFUL manner I find this department EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT THIS DEPARTMENT! In this store!
No matter the time of day!
No matter time of the week!
No matter the time of the year!
No matter what season it is!

NO MATTER!
IT IS ALWAYS A MESS!

I am ready to contact the CORPORATE OFFICE about this store and this department!
All I need is contact info!

This store is the worst Walmart in the area. They never have anything in stock and never have drivers for delivery. I’ve had to get a refund for my delivery 5 different times total because they couldn’t fulfill delivering my groceries. Horrible

The pharmacy drive thru is horrible with time. I pulled up to window pushed button 3X and lady finally said hello after 10mins. Then she kept placing me on hold. My medicine was supposed to be ready 2hours ago and she advised me they are preapring it now. So total time in drive thru was 30mins of waiting when it was called in. I will never come to this location again. I would rather drive an extra 5mins to walgreens were Im in and out within 10mins.

This Walmart used to be my favorite Walmart everybody it was very nice and Friendly i went there the customer service lady (Angela and Amanda) she's so mean and Rude Very pad attitude, I don't know why the hire Such People like her they don't have any experience to talk with the customer this walmart gonna Lose lot of customer

Super bummed they need the tower unless in the back of the store works for them, but I didn't know that and was Shopkicking before I picked up 1 item which was a 35 lb container of Tidy Cat. Wound up in front thinking tower was in front to have to walk all the way back to the back after already walking passed that area twice.lol.

The Indian lady at the door is always harassing us! So annoying she needs more training! I wanted to leave zero stars but I had to put one to be able to leave the comment!

Jeff the manager here insist on watching people he stated in check out we must watch you to make sure you don’t steal! Good thing target is across the street i will never buy from another Walmart ever! To much racial profiling from the Arabs in self check out and management here.

Small compared to most wal-marts I'm used to. Not a lot of selection for tools. Helpful staff did their best to find what I needed.

I love this Wal-Mart Supercenter! It is clean, has many items that other Walmarts don't have, employees friendly and helpful. I can tell that the employees who work here take their job seriously. This store has a great atmosphere and is orderly. Very impressive.

This Walmart has a good selection of Atkins bars, for some reason the one in The Colony, TX does not.

20 minutes in line waiting for customer service. 1 register open and she was helping the same guy for at least the total time I was there plus however long before I got there.

Transfering money should be a separate area and not part of the god awful customer service line.

Pickup service was great.very short wait time! The only thing I had a complaint about was the bagging. Some bags had only one small item.

This walmart is different you don't have to want a year just to go in and get something. An Sharon the manager is awesome regardless if it's big or it's small it will get taken care of I love this walmart.

It's not a bad place, I go there simply because its next to my house. Customer service at the service desk bothers me. They were pretty rude and treated me like I inconvenienced them

This used to be our WalMart of choice before we moved. I stopped by on my way home to grab a few things and the person that helped me was amazing. It's hard to find great service at WalMart but this store never disappoints.

Could not but one thing on my list
It was ineyeglasses front store. The lady went to ring up my purchase, then turned around and walked away leaving me standing there. Another clerk saw me and came over to check me out. I'm finding less and less and the stores are getting bigger and bigger. More work for less. By the way, I'm 77 and walking is difficult.
