Walmart Supercenter, Highland Village TX

I've been trying to get my son's senior pictures since January, but there's a supply issue with printer ink for the photo center. It's not just this Walmart, but all of them in the area. The associates are just as frustrated, so please remember that and don't take it out on them. The ONLY reason that this review is as high as it is is because of the associates trying to be helpful.

Great selection, Great prices, and now I can cancel Amazon Prime because they offer the same service only faster, and they don't try to silence conservative viewpoints.

Texas Walmart supercenters are not shy to compare with any other store. They are usually clean and well-maintained. This one is an okay Supercenter, but not of the best ones. It's a little neglected, some shelves need a little attention, but nothing dramatic.

Went to eye appointment with dr. Julie Mathews. Good visit very nice lady very thorough. Her store is inside Walmart.

I am in love with this place! Everything is so cheap and easy to find, I visit this store almost once a week. I love it so much!

I like the location because the outside is different the shoping cart return is different and the electronic section is really cool they need to keep it the way it is

Walmarts Walmart. Nothing special here. Just your everyday Walmart. It wasn't too busy at the time so check out was quick and simple. Place was decent clean and I didn't interact with any of the workers so I don't know how friendly they were but there was some smiley faces. I'll definitely be back in the future. It's my neighborhood walmart. ;)

This store is generally a nice place to shop, but the customer service people are not very customer oriented. They barely speak to you, and when they do it's with a tone like you're bothering them. This seems to be a growing theme for Walmart in general. They don't seem to care to train their employees to be courteous to the customer. Probably because they're more concerned with making money. Disappointing.

They're pretty good, but Walmart never has everything I need. This time I had about 10 items from my list missing, things every grocery store I've been too usually has on hand.

Walmart didn't cut down this pecan tree. Probably only thing I saw which Walmart did something positive.

Wonderful Walmart employee was so helpful in the Christmas tree section. Wish I had gotten the gentleman's name. Helped me find my tree, got me a cart and loaded the tree up for me! Great experience!

This is the nicest Walmart I have been to in a long time, I almost felt like I was in Target! It was so clean and organized. The dark paint and soft lighting in the entertainment section is so nice. I was seriously blown away with the quality of this Walmart.

Allen is always out getting carts and is by far the friendliest! He always works so hard day and night! I just left at 10: 30pm and he is still out there busy as a bee. I made sure to say hello. Make sure you say hello as well! Everyone here is great.
Mio selection is weak but they have a good variety of other things.

Very clean one of the self. He kout machines was broke but there was another one open so no biggie.

I was really impressed with this Walmart and it's location. From entering and exiting it didn't look like your typical Wal Mart. We shopped mostly for produce and I was amazed how fresh everything looked

They need more cashiers as they do at most Walmarts. Trying to get out of the store with a large order is a nightmare. I shop regularly at their competitor Meijer in Michigan, and they have lots more cashiers and you get through quickly. I've noticed that the Meijer stores are much busier because people can get in and out. Also the quality of fruit is much better at Meijer

Used customer service. Short wait in line. Conducted business quickly and trouble free. Purchased some things. They had everything I needed in stock. Clean store. Friendly people.

Clean store and friendly help. Caitlyn, our cashier was so nice, competent and clean cut. Very refreshing experience.

This is a really great store! Of course it has great prices and an amazing selection like all other Walmart's. What sets this location apart is the really interesting design and landscaping. Outside they built a really cool picnic area around a beautiful old tree. Also inside it all is very open with light streaming in from huge windows. One of the nicest Walmart's I've been to for sure
