Walmart Supercenter, Fort Worth TX

They had great customer service and they were able to guide us to the right direction. I had found every thing I wanted. Wal Mart is one of my favorite store.

I was so happy with my experience at the electronics department Jennifer had amazing customer service she helped me find some EarPods she went above and beyond to help

Primary store for 13 yrs, could not stand to visit. Made an incredible change for the good in the past 10 months.

Good and friendly place an people you will find most of the stuff that you need if not the workers will point you in the right direction

I gave it a 3 stars because I asked for the prize to be matched with the prize on the rack and the cashier rudely said "no prize has changed the prize is correct, you want them or not" so thats why I gave it a 3 stars

It seems the store is too busy to worry about the customers who need the motorized scooters, they are never fully charged if you even get one. At least they have some available you just have to go when they are not super busy.

Store manger standing at jewelry counter we were waiting he was talking to someone just walked off. I went to front to tell him i needed something out of case. He said your too late i said i was waiting you walked off did not say a word it was close was waiting for 15 mins. He said sorry im not getting anything in jewlery. Well good for you.walmart lost 600.00 ill be glad to spend it some where who cares about customers and cares about a sell. Never will i walk in that store again.

They don't seem to be very helpful 1st thing in the morning, I need to Have an approval on something And waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to come over.

Always find what I need. Workers are polite and respectful although they need to be more atentative

Horrible place it wouldn't even let us in at 5: 15 on Christmas Eve but the store hours says closes at 6 fixture schedule then let people know that you're letting people in at this time and closing at this time what's the point of looking at your hours if it's not correct drove all the way over here for nothing high hopes for nothing and his other horrible things that they did here not going to mention it I just don't worry Chicken Express

This store is 100% better stocked as well clean plenty of employees very kind to help in any way cashier friendly speedy check even thought store was completely full no parking spots or baskets they was bring then in fast wish one on east chase & Anderson Blvd was worked and stocked this well!

This Review Posted under Wrong store location. Suppose to be North Tarrant NRH location. Worst customer service ever. Staff made extremely rude and sexist comments, Large group of male employees standing out front of store taking very loud, playing in electric shopping carts.

We call this the ghetto Mart it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot and it's not safe at night the store is also dirty and commonly out of things

Walmart has everything a person could possibly need. I bought a new pair of Herman survivor work boots and they feel great.

Drove far late at night because I needed allergy medicine. I only had my debit card and she tried it twice and said no good. Probably put in the incorrect number as well. I went to Kroger's and it worked fine.

If you like seeing young overweight people driving the Rascal and being rude and the employees being lazy and always on phone this is the place for you and for a limited time you can see people with color bags on there head and using tax payers money to feed them self with junk food and complain all white people are racist and don't forget the N word kids call each other what a hell of a place right.

For the love of God don't come here it's a trap

This store has rude employees and a dangerous parking lot with no security when I complained the mgr said don't come back that was his best idea rude guy with long beard and why have soda machines when they are empty all the time

I forgot to take $20 cash back at checkout, remembered 30 minutes later, and the young man said he got it, and gave it to me, so thank you

I go to this walmart the most. Friendly staff, clean store and for the most part they keep everything well stocked.

Well if you live in the area of Sylvania and Beach it's easy. Plus I found the products I need to supplement my vegan diet
