Walmart Supercenter, Carrollton TX

VERY slow! Terrible customer service. There were about 5 of us in line as well as a man who just made his purchase and wanted to leave but the door was locked. Well employee named Sam left to the back without acknowledging any of us. We all waited at least 15 minutes until the guy who was trying to leave caught a mechanics attention to open the door. He then sent in another employee to assist the rest of us.

My favorite place to do the Market, here I can spend up to 3 hours walking and looking for what I need, it covers all my needs, the only detail is that food is going up a lot in price and every day I spend more and there are fewer things, the staff works very good, they are very kind people. It is well located, with ample parking. I always look at the offers part to see what they have available.

As always well stocked and at a reasonable price, since everything has gone up so much in price.

Went to this Walmart to cash a check from tower loan which is minutes up the road. They treated me like I was a criminal because their machine couldn’t read the check. They didn’t bother to call and verify that the check was legit or anything. I went to my bank and was able to deposit it within seconds! Should’ve gone there to begin with! PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TO WALMART: ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT THIEVES/CRIMINALS! THE DISCRIMINATION IS GETTING OUT OF HAND!

Went to purchase some chicken already cooked. It was burned. So I went to Walmart on Coti, it was cooked like I liked it.

This is a nice Walmart definitely well organized and everyone is nice just wish they would restock the auto department more frequently

They had exactly what I needed. It was easy to find, and scan & go checkout was quick.

Yesterday October 21 a little bit before 5 my daughter and I were looking for a simple laptop charger the guy who was working electronics wasn't very helpful he acted as if we disturbed him by asking and wasn't interested in assuring we found what we came there for. For someone whose worked in customer service over 20 years I can tell you this is never okay. Even on days we don't want to be at work we have to still push through and be the best version of ourselves. Everyone deserves a good experience and unfortunately that didn't happen for me. Walmart can you please hire people who WANT to help you?

Actually has staff in this store that will not just point, but walk with you and assist you to find items you can't locate.

On the night of 09-24-2023, around 10 PM, I had an exceptionally disappointing and frustrating experience at Walmart's self-checkout area. The behavior of a black male employee was nothing short of shocking. His rudeness and blatant disrespect towards me as a customer were completely unacceptable. It was evident that he had no interest in helping or treating customers with the basic courtesy that Walmart is known for. Such behavior tarnishes the store's reputation and leaves a lasting negative impression. It's imperative that Walmart addresses and rectifies these issues promptly to maintain the high standards of customer service that we all expect.

Good Walmart. If you can find an employee, their very, very helpful. Employees at self check out are very accommodating and kind.

Looking for something? This store is a supercenter and probably has it! Friendly staff and great selection of products. Prices are always decent, too. The pharmacy techs are awesome as are the pharmacists. Rx are also well priced, most are lower than anywhere else. This is where my car takes me when it's on auto pilot!

I visited this Walmart as I was on the hunt for a Walmart Exclusive collectible, and I was not disappointed.

The store was clean and well-stocked. This Walmart had over 10 of the exclusive collectible that I was searching for.

I also spotted the fancy pumpkins for a reasonable price! In fact, Walmart's halloween stock is priced well for families.

I definitely would stop here first if I need something.

The shopping carts are in very bad condition, you struggle a lot to get them to circulate and they go against how you direct them.
