Walmart Supercenter, San Antonio TX

Customer service at this location seems a bit sketchy. I was having difficulty with my debit card. Calling the bank showed a balance of $75.11, but when I tried to tell the cashier something was wrong she stammered like Consuella from Family Guy "No no no no no! " as if I was about to reach behind the counter when I never raised my voice. A two way conversation that involved English would improve the store's customer service significantly.

Please print your receipt. They'll ask you for it at the door based off what you look like.

My favorite retail store! Wal-Mart is the Undisputed heavy-weight Retail champion of the world and universe! Top notch with inventory, customer service, management and front line workers who are ready to put down a task to help a customer.

Self check out associate provided excellent service. An item was rung up twice and he immediately deleted it. Thanked me for shopping at Walmart

I love this store, I think I can find almost anything I'm looking for. I love Walmarts for this reason. While I buy food I can also buy everything from shoes to household appliances, for me the only thing missing is a cafeteria area

Been listening to the phone ring for 5 minutes waiting for bakery to answer. I guess it's actually been 10 minutes. Edit: we are at 15 minutes. At 22 minutes they told me they don't have anyone in the bakery and I need to go online.

For a "Supercenter" they sure have a very limited selection of automotive, lawn and garden, and tools merchandise. The shelves had tons of empty space where merchandise should be, sigh; but nothing.

It's hard to find parking up close. But never have issues with anyone while shopping there

Terrible return policy shouted at me by a rude lady at the cs desk. Difficult parking lot to navigate and most spots seem far from the doors somehow. Weird smells. Just bad vibes all over the place. Won’t go back.

Wal-mart sucks now I can’t even shop around anymore peacefully because the employees like to harass & follow you around.

Ordered delivery on Sat 1/13 @ 2pm, for 8-9pm.was notified was delayed to 10pm, was never delivered. App had me reschedule, so Sun 1/14 between 8-9am. At 11: 30 I called, my order was still there, was told it would be put on truck with next driver. 3hrs later, 2: 45pm, and still no delivery.no one seems to want to answer the phone, or explain what is going on. This is ridiculous, when my original order was made 24hrs before!

Waited 20 minutes for pickup, checked in 3 times with uber app, store never got my check-in. Employee asked me twice during that time. Called uber to help. They canceled it for me and got $5 for my time.

Your security gaurd is out here asking people WITH SHOPPING CARTS WHO HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN SHOPPING how long they are gonna be in the parking lot.

ATLEAST UNTIL I GET MY GROCERIES IN MY CAR AND PUT MY SHOPPING CART BACK.

Very rude unprofessional employees asked several of them to help me find the item I was looking for but none of them help.
I ask for the supervisor to talk about something but even he didn’t show up.
There no 0 start I could give.
