Walmart Supercenter, Lake Jackson TX

I really wish they would bring back actual employees. You know the kind that used to be helpful. The kind that would greet you with a smile at the checkout. Not anymore, they have one overworked employee standing there trying to help 12 people screwing up the self checkout. Seriously give me a discount for doing it myself or hire more people and you do it!

This morning it wasn't overly crowded, the staff actually seem happy which makes them friendly and helpful, normally I hate coming into town because people are so rude. But this time was different so thank you walmart!

I miss the days when I could get a cart full of groceries at midnight. Y'all killing me with the non-24hr deal.

Bad phone service do not call Walmart at 10: 14 or 11 at night they will not pick up your phone even though they do say open 24/7 if you try to get an associate they will not pick up your phone call worst phone service ever

They don't have any especials n always people working next to you i think they need to stuck everything at night time

This place is horrible. Racist 100%. Can't treat customers with respect. Do not recommend. Go to HEB or Kroger instead.

For a Walmart, it's usually not too crowded. Worst experiences I've had is stockers just standing in the aisles at night, talking to each other (most I've counted at once was 4.) Also, they don't seem to restock their electronics section very often.

Plenty of self checkout aisles, and rarely have to wait to check out. Staff is friendy. Greeters and customer service have always been helpful and smiling.

When I worked for wal-mart in the 80s and 90s Wal-Mart cared about there customers, not anymore it's all about the money. They suck

Never enough cashiers and heard employees arguing across the store at each other in the deli. Young employee was disrespectful to her elder employee. I will travel 20 min to the one on main to avoid that drama. Always something at this store.

Usually a great shopping experience until today when two highschool aged employees working the self checkout refused to sell us beer because I didn't have my id but my fiance did and we are clearly both over 21. She was rude about it and so was the child working with her. I can understand if I looked 12 but i have never had to have us both show id's to buy beer nor have someone that rude about it.

The photo center is the worse it. Your photos will be done in a "timely" manner however getting them is a hassle. They never seem to find them or had issues with a printer that caused a minor defect in the photo and no point in getting it redone because the same will happen you must pay anyway since YOUR photo is printed. And right now they can't check out since someone else is logged in the computer it's been 10 minutes plus the 5 I've taken to write this review. This is ridiculous!

Kind staff and clean store. A bit crowded in the evening. Great customer service and easy to find things

Bigger variety than Angleton Wal mart and sales associates seem to be more friendly and helpful. Typical Wal mart issues when buying something online and picking it up at the store. It's not the employee's fault at the store but I would never again buy something online and pick it up at the store. Shows a 3-4 hour pick up time but it will surely take 2 or more days in most cases. The online purchase store pickup is a joke if you need it in the time shown for pickup.

If you are looking for something specific, then it may not be the place to go, but if it's something less specific, it's the place to go.

The Wal-Mart auto service center stays busy simply because they do quality work and the prices on an oil change is unbeatable.
