Definitely a super store, over head signs of location little confusing and blend in with ceiling.

Went there for a second opinion on my vehicle and Jeremy helped me a lot! And Liz was so nice! They most definitely know customer service! I had a horrible experience with Ancira Kia Service department and these two made everything so much better!

PS Don't ever shop at Ancira Kia. You might have to see Jeremy and Liz more often. Lol!

Absolutely, wow.
I have been calling and being on hold after speaking with a representative for over 40 minutes. Some random lady answered, said her name, then hung up.
. To be honest, it is quite hilarious. But in this moment of legitimately taking care of personal matters, it is an absolute SHAME. Who ever is in charge, man'o'man, I hope this feedback is valuable tol you.

Staff was nice. Except for the guy at the photo center.place was pretty messy. Things weren't in their assigned place so it was hard to tell prices. Floors are dirty as well.

Not enough electric carts for the disabled had to wait to get one most of them broken down handicapped people complaining about that as well as myself

I love Walmart I got my kids gifts from there and everything that I need for my baby and I so I will continue going the employees do their job very well.

Extremely busy, did not have the product I needed. Staff did not know the store really well. I walked all over twice to get 4 items.

Went to this walmart to do some holiday shopping fpr my daughter, amd how lol is in right now. I figure they would have a section of all this stuff and to my surprise they did! I was very upset i understand that its holiday shopping season but they should be more organized.

Experience was pretty good. Some isles of product were a little out of wack but all in all, you will always find what you need.

It seem their always busy just about everyday. They got plenty of parking space at time. But other than that it good, and kept clean for the most part.

Long wait at customer service & found out needed to go by the entrance to pick up online items ordered. Other cashier was confused & thought it was at the tire station or the pharmacy. The thermo clothes were nice though, got them at discount for cyber Monday.

When I refilled my water its was expensive and the water is not pure its just regular tap water and there are barely any cashiers then waited 30 mins just to check out some gum.

Theres like 10 people employees standing around but have 2 lines open with a least 40 people in line don't waste

Not enough checkers at night not hood they only had two registers open plus self check lines were forming.

If I could give no stars I would. The bakery has very poor customer service. The lady with pink hair ignored us, and the manager that kept going back there chatted her up instead of telling her we were waiting. Not to mention it took us over an hour to reach the bakery by phone because they don't answer. Then we were told we had to pick up the cake we ordered today and they could not hold it for tomorrow. Overall, very rude. Never shopping here again. And they don't wear hairnets!

I love and hate WalMart. It's a hit and miss especially the one on Bandera. Since all the makeup is locked it's hard to get someone out there to open the case and when you finally do there's a line of ladies trying to get the same help. I once waited for 30 mins. But I love the kids clothes and stuff. So pros and cons.

Decent little walmart superxenter. This location was extremely large and felt like a distribution center at times, but the service adapted to having a lot of people in line and it helped because I was trying to get in and out of the center to get home at night. Keep doing that and Wal-Mart becomes that much more attractive.

Poor management planning for fromt end. Not enough cashiers for a busy Saturday on a 3 day weekend.

You just have to look around read the signs to find what you want if not Wal Mart employee's.are very courteous and helpful and always ready to help so don't be bashful go to Walmart and go on a shopping spree
