Walmart Supercenter, Houston TX

1st time doing curbside pick up. All was great did have 2 substitutions that didn't exactly match product but non the less at this time what we just went through, blessed to have been able to get my items.

There was only one cashier had to wait in line for an hour. Could not go to the self check because needed assistance that only a cashier's can provide. Not a good place to go if you want to check out fast

Customer Service sucks! I will no longer bring my money to this location! Close the business y’all useless!

Usually I love Walmart. Closing the money center and customer service protecting against COVID? It makes sense, save for the fact I had to go do the exact thing I meant to do at Walmart at one of their competitors.

I've never had any issues when visiting this store. Customer service is always good. Store stays clean even when employees are stocking during open hours. The restrooms are always clean. And the manages and staff are always there to help

I always order online: D When I have to Pick up my order. I have to wait 15 mins or longer for someone to come. Now, they upgraded there is a screen and it calls the Employee. Awesome! Every time I pick up a order, they are very Friendly and help me with No problem. I LOVE WALMART:)

This is the first time I've been able to go into this Walmart and walk straight through the lines and then not be backed up around the corner because they don't have enough employees it was very peaceful

The greetings person is nice, because the welcome, also the young lady in the self check out station, very professional
The rest of employees with a not nice at all, answered questions with wrong answers; NO GOOD LEADERSHIP or well training

Shop here on a weekly basis for anything and everything. Has self check out, big variety of products, clean, we'll organized, small parking lot but has security in parking lot

Came to do some returns. The line was short and i wasn't questioned about my returns, it was a smooth operation. For that they get five stars from me.

This is one of the best stocked Walmarts. The problem is with the employees. Couldn’t find a ruder bunch of people to employ. Sam Walton would fire the entire store.

Horrible service didn't, they will never answer the phone and everyone I mean all employees said it's not their department! AND Wal-Mart on 45@WAYSIDE is exactly the same!

Installed more access to self checkout. Available clerk to help with scanning of purchases. All front line employees very agreeable.

Always have those self checkout stations open. I'm not an employee of your store so no I will not scan and bag my purchases. If I do that I need the Associate discount card. What's the deal with the cashiers line with you can use cstds only. Sir did you not hear me cards only. Lady I'm not deaf and my comprehensive skills are extremely advanced. Pick a card any card. I went to the TLE and first of all I like that there are female attendants and they did an amazing job helping me get what I wanted. I drove 40 minutes to get a battery and they really did an awesome job! 8/2/18 was the visit date to this store.

I find everything I need here from groceries to party supplies. Lines are long as in any Walmart. But self checkout makes a difference and very convenient. I just wish they had grocery pick up.

It has a good variety, they have moved aisles, etc to make more space so not as crowded and their self checkouts work and they have several!

I hate going to this Walmart; I am so tired of waiting in long lines; self checkout is packed out and you only have 3 cashier's available to checkout the overflow and they are packed out as well. And I got caught in line at 11: 30pm store closes at 12 midnight. That was the longest wait ever; there were only 2 register's open and the lines were almost out the door. Where is the manager (s) NO ONE SEE'S THIS RIGHTWho does this No longer is the customer first. That's why I like shopping at Kroger's. Food is high as heck but customer service is #1. Ugggg

What i just don't like about this walmart is the employees in the money order section there so rude. They need to fix that.
