Automotive service lady was awesome. She went out of her way on a Sunday and helped me out of a bind without hesitation. A+

Wonder why did they switched out the cashier's for self checkout ‍️. Clean store with stocked products.

Bad customer service their employees never know where things are located even though they are working in the area where the items supposed to be i hate shopping at Walmart only if there was another competitor i would gladly spend my money with that competitor Walmart suck Walmart does not deserve a single star zero if it was available to select zero star

I feel like they are corralling me - and I am going around the corner and am forced to walk to the other side of the store to get out - absolutely ridiculous. I would rather to go to another store then to shop here.

They do not flip flop the store so I can find what I need to find in a hurry! I HATE Wal Marts who flip flop their stores, makes me mad and I leave and go to a different one that has not flipped.

Nicest lady in jewelry (Donna) replaced my watch battery. Donna was so helpful even though she seemed to be juggling various duties.

This Walmart is the epitome of ghetto! The management is horrible. I went 10 minutes early to the automotive shop that opens at 7 a.m. At 10 after 7 a.m, I decided to call to see if they were going to open, no one ever answered the phone. So I call the main number to speak to the manager after 7 Minutes of a ringing telephone, no one answered the phone disconnected. I called right back and no one answered the phone again. Walmart sucks!

After reading the reviews of the automotive center from others that agreed with me, saying this shop is horrible, I decided to update this review. You would think if Walmart cared at all about the neighborhood they serve, they would fix this mess! It's not just the automotive shop that is terrible. Just because you are in a specific neighborhood in Fort Worth, that should not lessen the customer service. Get it together Walmart! If I never entered the doors of this less than desirable establishment, it would be too soon!

New store to me, but large and clean. Good variety of the things I want. However, still a Walmart.far too often what you want is not in stock.

Fast in and out. Glad they have the Express Lane. I went to Albertsons first but they didn't have the ice cream my Mon wanted. Thanks Walmart!

Thank you to Mrs Shay & Mrs Ava Burns for a wonderful job they’ve done on my kids. My son got his hair cut and my daughter got her hair straightened and curled. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience and enjoyable conversation. Highly recommend this Salon and the Stylists! They are professional and service was fast. Awesome job ladies

Very lazy management standing at the door 10 minutes before close to make sure no one comes in, where are the high management of this company? ! I know Sam is turning in his grave over this service

The store wasn't very clean. It could be because of the Sunday rush. The cashiers and the stockers were nice.

I was just in line to return something as the line got backed a customer in front of me tells the cashiers to hurry up. They got the issue they were having resolved and calmly helped every customer in line. They were calm, speedy and apologetic. This is what makes customer service kudos BERTHA AND KOKO

Store has the sorriest customer service ever, no carts on one end of store, have to find your own, been standing in lineto pay for 30mins now & still haven't made to register, have seen many customers leave their items & walk out, thinking of doing the, instead of opening registers, they close them, worst experience ever

I found EVERYTHING I needed and one employee, Dayton, was esp.helpful! The aisles were clear, uncluttered and all the food was fresh! Love Walmart!

Got there at 11: 50 and the employee standing outside is telling everyone they’re closed and not letting people in. Didn’t know Walmart had a “last call. ”

I went to order my muscle relaxers that I paid $4 for they have doubts the price up to 14: 25 I call that gouging

Horrible the lines are a mile long (waited over 40 mins to get checked out.) No a/c cashier said to save money!? And no self check out, only 2 open cashiers! How sad this is the value this Walmart has? Go any where but here! Terrible

Good Walmart as far they go. The employees are no help. They have no want to help. They go out of their way to not see you in case you need their help.
