Walmart Supercenter, Frisco TX

They would not let me return something I bought today. I wanted to exchange for a different size. Workers are there but couldn’t tell me when (not even another day) I could return my items.

Automotive forgot to put screws back and messed up my car. They had to replace the whole part. Shame

I used self check out and needed assistance twice. The clerk came immediately both times and was helpful and very friendly which I really appreciated!

The worst customer service I ever experienced. The manager and some employees at this location walmart store need to be investigated seriously.

Don’t bother ordering anything ahead, because their pickup desk is a joke. The email states it’s open until 8p, so when I showed up at 7: 30p, someone had left a cute little note that they’d be back “momentarily” when I stood at the desk for about 10 minutes. About 4-5 employees all just looked at me and walked by to use the restroom. When I finally flagged someone down for help, she shrugged, said this wasn’t her area, and was reluctant to go look for someone that could help me. When (I’m assuming) the clerk did finally show up, he didn’t apologize for being absent, didn’t thank me for my patience, etc, and was pretty rude too. All for 1 item I ordered through their app. Lousy customer service. Go to another location if you can.

I went in to wire money overseas at the customer service desk (yes, they do that at walmart) and they're were a ton of people in line. Walmart had all lines- open, the cashiers were very efficient, well trained on how to do it (there are a few steps) and the lines moved fast. Overall, sending money overseas at this Walmart was a GREAT Experience!

Store is Trashy, Managers are rude and they dont care, Especially Hazel I asked her a question and she said “I don’t know ask someone in that department” and walked off, straight rude. And it seems like the store manager is never there.

Super friendly definitely not the Walmart I'm used to going to take some time to get used to all the super happy Walmart employees

Has the typical Walmart stuff but also has a Subway, Nail Salon, Hair salon, Bank & Eye glass store. It has better facilities then the one on Stonebrook in Frisco.

Always friendly staff. They could stand to dress better, as though they shop at Walmart rather than Family Dollar. Some could stand to wash and comb their hair.

1st time using the grocery store app, at this store location, for the pick up service. Clerk was Friendly and very help with the order delivery process. I really like the service.

Customer service is a real hassle and I always have walk like 2miles to find an associate that will answers questions.

Why are there never any bags at the self checkout? The employees work with their heads down, so customers don't ask them questions.

What a absolute joke! For starters I am all for people moving here and having the opportunity to live and work in this great country, but when you don’t have even have a freaking department manager that understands or speaks English that is a freaking problem, and not to mention the people at the Deli are flat out rude and seem to be proud of it. Seriously Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave with the way this Wal Mart is treating there customers.

Clean, all employees had teeth and looked like they showered for work! Organized aisles, bathrooms amazing! My cashier was polite, engaged my children I had to look to see if I was at Target! Awesome shopping experience!

Pathetic service.no one at fabric section even after paging service desk three times.waiting for 15 mins now.

Update:
After repeated follow ups, almost 30 mins after a manager finally showed up.

Sorry but skip this one and go to the next one if you can because they run out of stuff alot and "for some reason" it's not always restocked the next day, or the next, or the next.but there's always lots of nice service dogs in there to pet. Lol

Very dirty and minimal inventory. Seems like they are shutting it down. Inventory scattered all over.

If you have the pleasure of running into Roberto, you're in luck! (He's the tall, thin guy in a black hat.) He helped me find Foodsaver bags and tracked me down acrosd the store to give them to me. Thanks, dude! Rad job

This place is well Organized. One thing annoys me is beeping on make up section. I think its common culture on every place to stop shop lifting these days. The self checkout section has modern computer system and looks fancy.
