Walmart Supercenter, Athens TX

Workers kept following me around like I stole something or was about to steal. I do not like to be stereotyped

I don't typically do a lot of shopping at Walmart however their selection of products for weed and feed for yards is literally non-existent this year. Since that's what I was shopping for, had to give it a mediocre rating.

Rude customer service.
At the front door I ask if the electric cart was working and the response was you will have to check it out yourself to be see if it works or not.
I ask an employee if they knew where coffee mugs were. The response was look down this aisle it might be there and she left.
But I must say they are usually very friendly and helpful. Everything else was Hunky Dory.

New layout is kinda nice but the employees are less help than they have ever been. Samantha and Randy working tonight were to busy with their conversation to even help me get an item unlocked. But then again I already run the register myself as well so come to think of it y'all gonna have to start paying me sheesh.

I got vaccinated for covid-19, there was a line, however it didn't take long to get through the line, very nice people

It's a wallmart. The staff is as helpful as you expect. Wish they wouldnt run out of stuff so often in grocery section

My family is spending more and more time shopping elsewhere. The variety of goods, grocery and non, is never the same week to week and people often lose their humanity when at the Supercenter. Shop local, both for the community and your own sanity

As good as I could expect from Walmart, but definitely need more cashiers and better variety of live fish

There were kids playing on the handicap scooters running into each other and knocking items off the shelf

Went to pick up an online order. All but 1 item was out of stock. 30 mile drive one way for them to refund the order when we got there. That could have been handled by calling, texting or email. I want go to that store again.

Walmart what to expect long lines no customer service Chester place to get cheap groceries sometimes sometimes they are too expensive on anything I go to HEB

Sucked wouldn't price match price the price that was on the in store price and even said themselves was a pricing error but still made me pay the higher price

It's Walmart what do you expect learn lines and sac that doesn't know what or where anything is you have to basically everything on your ownthey never have enough staff members to help any of the customers but yet we still keep going back I think I'm going to make a conscious decision to not shop at Walmart any longer

I'm not sure if this Walmart Store is the only one that has problems staying stocked but it's becoming a real problem at this location. I've been told that the warehouse is out of stock.

Plenty of Self ck outs with several checkers for customers too.
Stocking today.late trucks.not too long in store. Have list, will shop.

Waited 30 minutes to purchase a knife, couldn't find lady with key to open knife case very sad!

My battery was taking longer to ignite, so I took it to the Automotive section. The people there were nice. They told me it'd be about an hour before they could replace it, but it took less than 45 minutes.

Needs more live cashier's. Self check needs to include a 25% discount on my total purchase. Rating, shopping 5 star. Check out 1 star.

Typical Wal-Mart. Long lines at register. People who work there are very friendly and are helpful if you need it.

Hate going here since all the changes. They are putting people out of work & making shoppers pretty much check yourself out. The new "order online & pick up" will kill our community. Our people need employment not "DIY" stores. I'm shopping at Brookshire's now & paying higher prices just to avoid Walmart! If Sam Walton was still alive, he wouldn't let this happen.
