Walmart Supercenter, San Antonio TX

Convenient. Would have given 5 stars if they were cleaning the shopping carts as they say they do.

I tried calling 7 times on 2 different phones. Only one time did somebody answe, and when i got to ask my question i was puton hold and just left on hold. I waited for 43 minutes just to see if someone would actually come back but nobody did. All i wanted was to check if they still had an item in stock, but i suppose walmart is not sophisticated enough for this.

Just left this Walmart location. I had to use self checkout because only the express register was open and I more than allowed.
At the self checkout, I have done this numerous times, one of the employees assigned to this area stood behind me and watched me scan each item, all 28 until I paid. Extremely rude. I know that they need to supervise but really. I tried to get her name but suddenly she needed to arrange merchandise. Extremely poor customer experience.

Still lacking. And continues to show no care for the customer as they have less and less cashier's and a huge pine for self check out. When Walmart pays me I will self check out. There job is customer service and sales. It's sad they think we are so used to them that we will keep going. The only plus is there pharmacy l.

Not as it used to be when I wrked there customers were our number 1 priority now its customers to each their own not enough personnel during holidays pie shells were empty not overstocked like before just getting g worse and worse prefer go to san antonio

Never has enough check out lanes open 2 doesn't cut It especially at 5pm when people are getting off work and their tired and have to stand there with 6-8 other customers in front of you needing to check out and go home and cook dinner for their families. ITS RIDICULOUS

We like this Walmart because it's smaller than most Walmarts and it's easier to get in and out of and there's always good parking.

It's a regular Walmart. I have yet to meet any staff member that is actually willing to be helpful.

Unless you go early in the morning you're waiting in line. Wonder how much money they would save by not installing the 30 some odd registers that are never open. Or how much more revenue would be gained by opening more registers to get more customers through. Ooooh I know, it's a social experiment to see how many of us will talk to each other while spending a hour or so in line.

Only 2 registers open with at least 6 people waiting in each register. Had to search and search for a mobility/electric cart. Staff at doors were unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't plan on returning to this store ant time soon. Used to be our favorite store.

Everything is clean, but the problem is going to pay. They never have Cashiers.when you want to pay.it's a problem

Always long lines. Never enough employees and too slow. Several times I have put my cart up and left because the lines are too long. And things rarely scan as they should. Make sure and pay attention.

What can I say.it's Wal-Mart.my only complaint is that like most Wal Mart super centers they've got 50 registers and only 2 are open.

The man at the register was very friendly! I was told it would take about an hour because there were 2 cars ahead of me and they were true to their word! The last Wal-Mart I went to for an oil changeCity Utah in Brigham was terrible service! This place was wonderful!

Parking spots are awesome compared to 281 and 1604 crossing one. Less crowded but having good staffs and quick in and out for quick shopping.

Everything you could want and more. Better Still: they open new cashier aisles as others fill up! Now That is how you do Business, Wally World!

Convenient location. Not very well stocked. Don't be sure you will find everything you came to get. Shelves not well stocked.

It's WalMart. Don't expect anyone to provide any kind of customer service here. Saw a guy walk in with no shirt on and no one told him anything. An employee conducting child visitation behind the Pharmacy area. Things here have gradually deteriorated to include No Security. I get what I need and get out.

The absolute worst service I have ever had.i called to speak to someone kept getting redirected every single time.they put the wrong address on my shipping order now they won’t answer the phone

Ill always love to go to Wal-Mart everything that I need is there great variety of products and options to choose
