Good store, nearby and frequent often. Not much needs improvement, except perhaps the self checkout area, which is cramped and to exit you have to squeeze between the clerk and whomever is using the kiosk on the right, or wait for them to finish.

Refused to approve a purchase at the self checkout because my wife was standing with me to help carry the groceries. This was my go to store, but I will not deal with their disrespect to the customer.

Was shopping tonight and leaving picking up my prescription from their pharmacy to last. Looked all over the pharmacy area and no signs saying they close at seven today (Tuesday). However, on the wall their sign still says open until 9PM. So, when I finished my other shopping at 7: 15, I found they were closed. Why was the sign in the store not changed to be correct. In the parking lot and in the store, the loudspeaker kept giving info on being safe with Covid 19. However, the recording kept saying, "Wash your hands up to 20 seconds". More misinformation. If I wash my hands any length of time from one second to 20 seconds, I am complying. That is not at all what the CDC has been saying. The CDC and all the news says to "Wash with soap AT LEAST 20 seconds. No wonder we have so much misinformation and poor hygiene and sickness in Texas.

Terrible management I bought a phone from there and when I opened it there was a broken old phone there I had not even left the parking lot so I go back in and they said since it was open I couldn't return it then they threatened to call the police I have never been more disrespected in my whole life

They hide behind “policy”. In a supposedly customer centric environment it seems ill fitting to throw the word “policy” at customers, especially when simple human error occurs. I had an experience where I grabbed an item (in a department where no associate was found) and after checkout I discovered I had the wrong size, before I even walked out through the doors. I immediately went to customer service and asked to exchange -not return- the item and showed the time stamp of just 1 minute before. They literally laughed and said “all sales final” and pointed to the sign on the counter and the print on my receipt. When I explained what happened they said I would be asking them to “break policy” and they offered zero solution other than to “read all signage before purchasing”. I asked if they would void the transaction since I never left with the product (a procedure my manager used regularly when I once worked there) and they said it couldn’t be done in their system. Perhaps “policy” has changed but to hide behind it as if it’s some iron clad deity is poor customer service. If the cashier had accidentally scanned my item twice and I didn’t catch it until after I swiped my card, Wal-mart policy is to laugh, point to their signs, and then to the door.

I. Notice there is a steady flow of product being resolved, possibly to keep people from hoarding, I think that's awesome. TP, bread, eggs, milk, etc are all available as of 17 Mar. 1pm

Correction to any previous post. THIS Wal-Mart I have never had a problem shopping at. Store is clean and orderly, and employees are both respectful and helpful.

Clean, people are friendly.but with 4 checkout lanes open I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. Now if you want to check yourself out you could have gone through faster.but then they have to check your cart in the line at the door to get out to make sure you aren't stealing anything.

I'm not a fan of the lost prevention stopping people to check their receipts on their way out. And once I waited in the auto center for 30mins and know ever came to the counter, So I felt.

Went to self check, was having a little bit of a problem, but the only thing the associated did was continue her important conversation, even had to get my own plastic bags to put my groceries, very unhappy with today's service 2 thumbs down

Staff is rude. Produce sucks. Never any registers open. The only positive is there grocery pick up is wonderful.

I had to go to all 3 Walmarts to find all the items I needed. They don't all carry the same thing. Very frustrating. Cashier's were very efficient.

This place has some rude people that work here and
It is the same shift. They are the certain ones who are very rude and in an almost threatening way.

American Flag is torn which is against US Flag Code told a Walmart manger about it didn’t even care at all

Employees are very rude to customers. Self checkout was disorganized and had 4 employees just hanging around chatting instead of working. Cashier who was supposed to be there was upset at customers for needing help & taking her away from goofing off with coworkers.

Nice clean affordable store although some of the people should be watched by management on there communicating skills they were much nicer at target.

Only 3 lanes open with lines wrapping around corners. Got management talking to one another instead of getting customers checked out.

I usually go to the Walmart on Harvey Mitchell and Texas, you but it's always out of stuff so I decided to give this one a try. Parking was a joke. Once i parked and got inside there was three check out stands open and the lines for them had at least four carts. I won't be going back.

Plenty of parking away from the idiot drivers, Not looked upon as a thief, pleasant atmosphere.

This particular Walmart is a nice Walmart compared to others. It's clean with isles organized. Everytime I've used their restrooms they have been clean, and I know some other Walmarts not so much.
