Walmart Supercenter, Lubbock TX

It's a spacious and clean store. You almost always find something you want or need on clearance. It's also a convenient location for me to go to, I love that there's an Academy right beside!

I call wanting to talk to someone in the camping department lady said just a minute 20 minutes later I hung up and called main number again it rang for 8 minutes before I hung up and wrote this review I don't believe they even desver one star. I know that when I called back the lady knew it was me and hoped I go away! Well I have!

Nice clean store. The workers are all friendly and able to tell me exactly where to go for what I neededf.

The store was clean and I was greeted as I entered by a kind hello and welcome to wal.mart. I found what I needed rather quickly and headed to check out just to find only 5 lanes open and the lines were into the isles with a very slow move. It took way too long to stand in line for 2 items. I stood in line for 22 minutes. This is ridiculous! This is a main reason I had stopped shopping at wal mart and it looks like perhaps I should not have gone.back because it has only gotten worse. I use to enjoy shopping here.

Hey wally world thanks for calling the cops on me before 9pm! I was gonna camp the night, esp since you don't have any signs anywhere but your passive aggressive technique was just so amazingly hands off. Do not try and stay in this lot campers beware they call the pigs.

Customer Service Center was amazing! Had to do a return, send $ via Walmart to Walmart, and do a store pick up! Was able to do it all with the help of Abi, Brianna, Trevor, & another sweet lady & gentleman in no time! I even made a mistake with the Walmart to Walmart & they fixed it with no problems. I am new to the area.but this is now my favorite Walmart location!

If for whatever reason your card is declined, they will suspend your purchase while you work with the bank and lead you to the guest counter where you will be ignored.

One of the better Walmarts. There others tend to be messy or dirty. They are more helpful and friendly at this one.

Liked how clean the store is. And how quickly the manager helps to solve a problem. These people really care about the customer! It's not like most Walmarts that just want to get you out.

Great place to shop friendly staff friendly mangment, Great place to buy anything from food to clothes and so much more alawys have the shelves stock 100% of the time accept on major holidays speedy check out
Always short handed allot of the lanes are always closed that or the staff leaves there post and we wait untill somone says they will be back in minute Recommend 70%

This place is always clean and friendly. Never have left feeling mad, which has happened at other locations.

The BEST Walmart in Lubbock! It is ALWAYS clean and in order! Employees are friendly and helpful. The ONLY reason I did not give it a 5 star is, there are never enough registers opened in ANY Walmart!

The kind manager gave me toy catalogs for my classroom. My sweet students are loving writing Santa letters using these catalogs for ideas. Walmart supports teachers and our schools.

Most Walmarts have empty shelves, especially when you need something. This store didn't have what I needed this tiime but mostly they do

Friendly staff, Optometrist was very professional. The wait was not long to get in to see Eye Dr.
The exspert staff helped my choose some of the best frames.
I will be coming back next year for more excellent service and Quality Trending Frames.

Clean, organized and never too crowded. Grocery pick up has pretty limited time availability. Never been able to get sameday grocery pick up. Expect the usual 30 registers but only 2 open. Why does Walmart do this? Great experience over all.

Very clean, help was around when we needed to find an item, staff is very helpful and polite and there were cashier on every register and were very friendly and quick no long wait in line.love it

I love to go to Walmart, the cashiers and other associates are always helpful. They help me carry out my groceries when I cannot lift them into my car. They are also polite when I come in.

It's all Wal-Mart can be. I do believe they have finally improved there clothing line. If they would just allow more space for that area (men, women, boys, girls and infants clothing and accessories) it would be less frustrating when needing to spend more time looking for what you need.

I enjoy being there everybody's so friendly and nice the girls in the deli always ask me for my twins
