Walmart Supercenter, Houston TX

Whenever I want to talk to the manager, they are never given good training on how to use the system to their employees, this walmart made me wait 1 hour in line and all because the young man was not sure how to enter the correct option to pay in the system and nobody absolutely nobody came to help, I went to look for the manager and guess what, she was not there and nobody knew where she was, so I had to leave everything I had bought and lost an hour of my time

While my superscented to my items back with no receipt thank you cause I lost it and they believed in me

This is my store love to visit them so much to choose from and service so good to me helping me find things and prices. The young lady helped me and was so cheerful to me made me feel so good being disable she did all she could to make me feel very welcome.

Great walmart experience so far, we have one closer to us but we choose to come here for all the their availability in items and the customer service. Our most recent experience with Jermaine in the "Pickup" department is what prompted me to leave this review. Thank you Jermaine for helping me and my family out with our pickup order and I hope you get good recognition for your hard work.

I went today to get buy a set of frames today for christmas gift and soon we were looking at some ray-bans one the employees start putting them away.they thought I was planning on taking with out paying I felt so disrespect. I would suggest everyone else to take there business elsewhere.

This Wamart is the best. Their customer service is great. I went at 630 am and all the staff was so nice

Clean store. Some of the employees can be really rude!

I had to drop to 2 stars manager or whoever she was KAREN was extremely rude she spoke to us as if we were kids. Very unprofessional

The staff here is friendly. I had a problem with a return once but they finally solved my problem. Their grocery section is really well stocked and clean and their jewelry section is always nicely stocked too. I like going to this walmart and pass others to get here.

Everything looked great.until I saw the lady's bathroom. Each toilet looked to be stuffed with bath tissue to the point the toliet couldn't flush it away. That left only two usable stalls. The one I had to use had a very loose lock hanging on by one screw.

This walmart need 2 be closed are everyone that works here starting with all the mangers need 2 be fired. This walmart needs 2 be restaffed. No one will help u. I was informed there is a party by the employees EVERY day. While I was in the store I seen it for myself. Black FOLKS are treated much different than the Hispanic and others.

As all Wal-Mart's, your go for convenient locations not for long lines.
Update 2018. Confirmed even self checkout they close registers to have long lines that takes longer to get out and employees walking around doing nothing.

It seems a bit better run than several other Walmarts. I don't think I've had an issue at this one.

Great, clean, friendly Walmart, but their garden center is literally never open. I've been here on different days, different times, many many times, and have never seen their garden center open.

As usually the prices in walmart never match with the cashier even they admitted that takes 3 weeks to update everything

Honestly the best Walmart I've been to in Houston. Clean. Self-checkout options. Not in a shady area.

Walmart is Walmart but this one is nice and clean very sweet staff and one of the cleanest I've been to.

They did a great job replacing my battery on my Toyota and while they did that I walked around and found a tray for my bathroom so it all worked out perfectly.

I was trying to buy some headphones and get checked out by some employees. They looked like they were bothered and I could tell they didn't want to help me. This store is a joke.

I just needed some dog treats. Walmart always has them but sometimes Sams has then cheaper, but rarely has them in stock. So I am stuck paying more for less at Walmart. This is wrong since Waltons own both. The prices should be more consistent.

Really good store to shop in, they pretty much have anything you could want from a store. They carry everything. They staff is very nice and very helpful. If you need anything from fish, to fish care, to any type of food. To school supplies. And much more. This is my go to place to stock up on supplies and food and frozen goods. Greatly recommend this Walmart. Plus theirs even a McDonalds in the side of this Walmart.
