Walmart Supercenter, Spring TX

It was good but whenever i go shopping over their 1 time somebody stole my Cadillac converter.

I really enjoy shopping at this Walmart here on Louetta and I-45 north in Spring Texas it is very clean it is my go-to place all my needs Hunting Fishing Auto closing you name it I find it all here

Bad service, never go to the auto center, customer service is really bad I've seen, I love Walmart but I will never go to this store again.

I would really like to give no star. I went there to get the batteries in my watches replaced. When I got there I pressed the help button and waited around for about 10 minutes before this lady came to turn off the button and to tell me that the person at the jewelry is on their break. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes and still no one. Is it only one person that can help at the jewelry counter? What a waste of my time!

I personally like this Walmart and the people in it but as it being a Walmart you will run into a few not so Worthy mentionable people.

Just horrible pulled up front off to the side to drop my 4 month old off with he mother so she did not have to be in the cold for to long and the rent a cop gets out cursing me out about no parking zone.it was just a horrible place.

The parking lot is littered with shopping carts. Don't park there unless you have a junk car. There are not enough clerks to check shoppers out. Shop there when time is not important to you. Good customer service is a thing of the past.

Not good/poor customer's service. I was trying to purchase a basketball goal fir my son and I couldn't get any help with. Everyone said they would come to help, but never came. That is why I HATE SHOPPING AT WALMART!

Fred the manager rude and didn't even try to resolve my situation.he doesn't know his job.will call district manager and report his non action. I would not shop here ever again. I would rate it 0 if I could.

If only the parking lot could match the inside of the store. The guys that bring the carts in can’t keep up and the clientele. I’d just avoid Walmart altogether if possible.

I'm not a big fan of Wal-Mart but today, 12/16/2018 @ 9: 05 A. M.the guys working in toys went above and beyond! After not finding the toy my son has been asking for and giving up. I went to walk other departments. The guys found the toy and ran through the whole store to find me! It made me Christmas season! Thank you guys! Merry Christmas!

This place is horrible nasty attitudes when you returning things even with the receipt. Manager laporsha acts like she hates being there and when trying to return with receipts she refused acting like someone had to steel horrible run from this store

If I post no stars I would. Long lines. No open register horrible customer service. One of the worst Walmarts I been too. Bad parking lot. Enter at your own risk.

Did not have items I was looking for that other Walmarts carry. Crave Dog food and cookies for dogs. I did find the Omega pouches so it was not a total loss. It was lunch time so I pick up some wing and they were so salty I threw them away.

I do not like coming here and will not be returning. I ordered some things online for my son's birthday and they arrived at the store three days late. I had to get something else for him at the last minute and had to wait to give him his real presents until after his birthday which made me angry. It was a mother's nightmare come true.

Visited Woodforest and was promptly assisted. Very happy with their service. So glad they are inside Walmart and open 7days a week.

The shelves was well stock they had price cut sales and it was very clean.
Negative:
Electric wheel chairs was broken.
Too many self help lane open and only 2 lane open with a person I rather have a person at the register.

I Got a two for one at this Walmart. I bought a six pack of bottled Pepsi and a box of taco shells amongst other things. Pepsi was flat straight out of the bottle, and this is the second time this has happened. Box of taco Bell taco shells we're stale fresh out of the box. Our dinner was ruined. I've been shopping at this Walmart for 6 yrs.

The price on my tite was lower than a year ago and it was very busy. The mechanic staff did not instill a sense of confidence in the work but it looks to have been done correct. The counter staff was habing trouble with english but to ne fair 2 out of 3 customers spoke her primary language. My reciept was correct and she was polite and accomodating. I have no complaints other than walmart sells too many chineese products

Lol, I dont know what's going on here but there a lot going on. Workers are rude and thought we were stealing stuff so they almost ran us down just to check a got damn receipt. This Walmart is too ghetto and ratchet for spring TX
