24Got through the self checkout pretty quickly. But it would have been nice to see a few more regular checkouts open, since I saw a lot of older people waiting in line with full baskets.
I hadn't been at any store anywhere after covid, my grandaughters and I used to be here almost every wk. Today was kind of weird and kind of scary there are so many changes inside the storei felt out of place
I always try to make Wal Mart an in and out deal for whatever it maybe I'm going for. They have it all so that's always a good thing
If I could give it zero stars I would. This ridiculous new setup where you can't even buy shaving cream without paying for it separately is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. I will go out of my way to never shop at Walmart again if I can help it.
Prices are sometimes not marked. Many employees don't speak good English and are not knowledgeable. Lots of rude customers. But hey, it's Walmart.
Amarillo Texas Walmart have secret shoppers who like to follow you and harass you. When you're just trying to buy groceries. Please leave me alone. And fix this problem because I pay for everything I get.
Employees are more rude than customers. They act like you are bothering them if you ask for help. But the girl at the front door is friendly.
I went to pickup, touched the screen to be waited on, then I went out to electronics, but on saw one employee who was very busy. Several employees walked past me but never said a word to me. Then I called the store to let them know I was needing help at pick up. Finally someone came. I waited about 20 minutes total. The young man was very pleasant & did his job well.
It was great the people that work there were nice and kind and helpful thank you so much and God bless y'all!
Rudest Walmart I've ever shopped. No workers wanted to help you so I stopped shopping and left. Won't be back
Larger Store and more products with a wide range from grocery to lawn and garden and clothing, Etc.
I like it because it's cheap, convenient, and consistent. But it's Walmart. I really need more stars to choose from because I can't truly express my opinion with five. I mean I gave McDonald's 4 or 5. I'm not leaving myself much room for anything better.

As long as they stop changing the location of things I never have any problems at this store. Cashier was very friendly and he carried on a conversation while he scanned my items. I normally don't like the small talk but he was not obnoxious.
Poor customer service, half the employees were just standing around in the way, and cashier were very slow. I will drive across town before I go back to this location.
For a Super Center, you can get what you need and out rather quickly. Daniel, a Hispanic Cashier, is awesome! Always upbeat and positive, our favorite cashier! Watch the traffic in the parking lot, because drivers sometimes aren't paying attention to pedestrian traffic. Can be extremely crowded on the weekends, as expected.
I called the Wal-Mart Pharmacy to refills. I was told to that next time to use there automated system. I told the lady I will never use that system that they provide. I want to talk to a live person to make sure that all of the RX numbers are correct. I don't like being told that I have to use a service just because you don't want to be on the phone. And that this will be the only time that you will do a refill over the phone. I told the lady that I will call every time that I have a refill and I will talk to a live person, not a computer. That made me so mad that I called the Wal-Mart to talk to a store manager about the issue I had to wait 30mins on the phone for someone to answer. I explained how rude the lady was on the phone and that the pharmacy people need to know how to talk to people on the phone. Just because they provide that service I shouldn't fell like that is the only option that they have and be forced to use that service just because you tell me to. They are in a business for the customer. And I am the customer and I should have a choice.
Couldn't find any assistance, and when I did, I asked for home office supplies, and the elderly gentleman said Arkansas. I said yes I know but I need office supplies. So, he turned and took off. I followed him in good faith thinkin he was going that durection, and he went to the employees room! How rude.
Horrible assistance in the Automotive Department over 2 hour wait for a SINGLE tire to be changed.
I like this walmart better than the others this one tends to be cleaner and more organized. Its just hard to always be able to find someone to help you
Honestly, im rating the eye center a 10! Mainly bc they really take care of you there and they actually care about your health rather than the dollar.i admire that. The staff is professional and I was treated extremely well. Plus, the price for an exam cant be beat. Great place great people ty
