Walmart Supercenter, San Antonio TX

It's a typical Wal-Mart. I found everything pretty easily. They had a section for fresh produce which is always welcome.

Anyone needing tires shld defiantly go to Walmart! Not discount tire, or any other places. #1 Great prices on tires, and 2nd they don't charge you for any labor to put them on, & 3rd you don't have to wait hours!

This is not the location that I usually go to, but this place is really clean and employees are friendly. They also have th iui s really cool sanitizer dispenser. Distributes just the right as mount and also has a UV light. Great work Walmart!

Wal-Mart has it all at great prices. Grocery produce at acceptable sbd the meat section is well stocked.

Disappointed that I had to check myself out. I was exhausted and I had to do it myself. Otherwise, store was very clean.

Typical enlarged Walmart. Needs to be a 24-hour Walmart for this area. In-store Subway if you get hungry along with other service providers like an optometrist and Bank. Nice store but nothing just outstanding.

I called yesterday to talk to the pharmacy about the calls we been receiving about medications were filled with out us requesting it just to see which ones and if we need them, the woman answer the phone was very rude and acted very inpatient telling me they will send them back if we don't need them but I was still trying to find out which medication she is talking about, once I got the name of first medication I was trying to let her know he does not need now, she just abruptly hung up on me and trying to get name of the other medication, I was amazed how rude that was I called back, she answered and immediately put me on hold then someone else pick up. If she did that to me I am sure she will do it someone else. We changed the pharmacies.

Employees don't answer the phone, Walmart needs to hire employees who know how to answer the store phone, or have a recording that will notify anyone who calls the store phone that they Do Not take any kind of customer calls so customers do not waste time or bother to call the store phone, better yet don't post a phone number for your store if you don't have employees who know how to operate or answer a land-line phone.

The eyeglass dept staff is excellent. We always find stuff other Wal-Marts are usually out of. We love this Bandera/Mainland Wal-Mart

Fabrics were on sale with sign stating 1.00 yard. No one there. Another lady and l waited thirty minutes. Had to call outside line to get help. Too small area. Too little employees. Same thing happened in automotive. Its worth driving across town for service but prices arent same. Assistant Managers did meet me and helped me out with answers. Need more employees at stations more check out stations. Better signs on products.

Automotive department work hard, and saved me money. Found an easy fix issue I was having with a tire recently.

Disappointing that there were 5 employees (I literally counted), walking around and only ONE register open! Next time I will take a photo.

Walmart selection is always great, but if the staff was more concerned with customer service instead of having conversations.they'd be a lot better.

It's everyone's favorite discount store! You all know the name! Big brands, big deals, & even bigger cuts on employee wages!

Goddamnit, I contributed to that didn't I? Oh well, at least I helped some people keep their jobs, if only for a little while longer

I love Wal-Mart.can spend 2 hours just looking going thru everything.getting stuff i forgot i did need.you can get just about anything there or on line. Shipping is super fast most of the time it's free.or by out and just go pick it up at store.

As expected. I haven't gone there for anything that you wouldn't expect from any Wal-Mart. It is a Supercenter so has food and gardening departments over "regular" Wal-Mart stores

Service is pretty much non existent until I went to the electronic department good service there but sometimes workers don't seem to happy to be there.

Gonna see about ordering online next time. There are few humans to assist in customer service & few cashiers - ordering online has to be the way to go

I was in and out in a professional and courteous manner. I normally don't shop at Wal-Mart, but I have to say I was impressed.
