Walmart Supercenter reviews
13Helpful courteous staff. But this Walmart has way fewer self checkout options than others I have been to
So much like any other Walmart, cashiers wanting to be anywhere but there and zero staff on the floor.
That is my favorite Walmart ever. They have everything. Car service, now that is the thing for me.
Loss prevention must be on vacation because everything I was there to buy had something stolen out of it.
Customer service at this place is very bad. We bought a product, tried to return it and they did not accept the return for a mistake they made, but they blamed it on us. Then, on top of that, they brought the store manager who was so rude to us. Didn’t listen to what we were trying to say, and kicked us out of the customer service area in front of many people. It was a terrible experience.
Walmart Supercenter is one of the biggest in Houston. Varieties of products and services rendered. Nice staffs too.
Always clean, never have trouble finding what I'm looking for, in and out fast, they even have a Subway instead of a Mcds which is a plus!
Self machines were broken and caused long lines of waiting. People were upset with kids are screaming, they should have taken quick action to fix those machines but obviously not. Except the cashiers did their best and save the scene by moving the check out process quickest possible.
I don't go to Walmart that often, the service was great and they had everything myself and family were looking while on vacation in Houston. They even had some great Vegan options for my daughters and much better prices than Walgreens for the same products.
The store is nice but the employees need better training. Sadly a lot of them don't know the difference between " one per purchase and one per transaction ". That makes a huge difference for people on tight budgets who are trying to save a little bit more by using coupons. Just because of that I shop at other locations.
And there is no price check scanners at this store. Why?
Worst customer service ever nighttime when me and my friend waited 40 minutes to get some assistance on moving furniture and no one came by to assist.
Service is poor. We waited forever for someone to unlock a display cabinet. We finally gave up and left. Selection in the rest of the store is good. Don’t expect to get much help though.
So every walmart i have ever been in will cash a pay roll check. Except this one.was rude beyond belife
Even the fron manager was rude. Will never go back to this wallmart.
