Walmart Supercenter, El Paso TX

The store is well stocked from lysol to paper products. Covid guidelines strictly followed. As always a pleasure to interact with the employees.

Bad service at electronics department, lady looked overwhelmed and mad, asked for help to find something and told she was busy and could not help me in rude way. If they can’t handle the job, let someone else do it.

Terrible experience today. Being accused of trying to steal, from Walmart and in Spanish no less, by a clerk who couldn't explain to me what was going on because she speaks English very poorly, was not exactly the highlight of my day.

This is the closest Walmart to where I live so I usually go to this one. It's just like any other Wal-Mart, won't disappoint. Granted, this is not one of the dirty walmarts. The staff is helpful if you ask for help but the reason why I'm giving 4 out of 5 is that they always check your ticket at the door. I get that this is an anti-shoplifting precaution but it's annoying for people that aren't shoplifting

Some of the staff can be very helpful. But most of them are pretty useless. Just like every other Walmart, nothing special about this one except it's a little more dirtier. Took about 40 minutes to pick my item up because they all just hang in the back. And took 3 separate employees to finally get the lady working the pick up register to come out and help the 4 of us there to pick our stuff up. Tap for assistance my @$$.

Showed up at 840 and they refused to cut any deli meet. I asked what time they usually closed and they said 9. There should be no reason to refuse service 20 minutes before closing. Do better Walmart

This walmart is the worst. They hire all incompetent people. I have used the checkin counter they left us there for 20 min. The sales associates maria Rodriguez 25 + years. Well if this is the example to follow. Walmart has very low standards. Wishing for a better walmart experience.

The pharmacy tech (a woman with long dark hair) is the sweetest and they always work with me to make sure I have what I need.

Super bad customer service. Especially the nasty looking Css that thinks shes the store Manager. Ver very rude and unprofessional. All the associates just pass by you and not even acknowledge you. Alot of them are just hiding. Best Walmart is the one on El Paseo de norte by artcraft. Woderful customer service and wonderful understanding managers. Walmart from Mesa should take notes thats why their low on sales.

We travel the west side of El Paso and stayed hotel nearby. This is place is close to our hotel. It is convenient for us to refill the food and water for the remaining trip there.

I only needed help w the app changes (no more scanning receipt after purchase). I went in to the store because I had been on hold for over 20 minutes, and gave up! I was told to call! Isn't this WHYYYY I went to customer service, personally?

It's not the old days: isles in Cosmetics, Pharmacy and toiletries are too narrow. I don't like the fact that the Retailer is vunerable to ppl who use " Skimmers" at the checkouts. Employees should not have to work from wide pallettes to furnish the already crowded isles. I absolutely dislike the "clothing exchange" plan

Clean, organized, stocked. However I needed assistance with an item and the associate did not speak English and didn't even care to try. I'm Hispanic and I have nothing against people speaking Spanish but if someone we who didn't speak Spanish needed help, they would not have been happy not being able to get help or with the attitude.

This location is a hit-or-miss when it comes to helpful staff. They also definitely need to work more on making sure their merchandise is properly priced.

Good place to find everything you need under one roof. From grocery, clothes, to household goods. Have been coming here for years, and still can’t find an employee who can answer a question to help you find anything. Once I asked where I could find a soap dish, she took me to dish washing liquid. She was so helpful and polite, I didn’t have the heart to tell her dish washing liquid isn’t a soap dish.

They don't stock fresh pasta anymore. They don't stock my shave oil anymore. They refused to even try to communicate with me since I'm white. Apparently shaking your head no is an acceptable customer service skill. Oh and did I mention that they don't stock the items that they sent out in the flyers? I understand that I'm in a predominantly spanish speaking part of the country now, but basic knowledge of English should be a requirement. What country are we in again?

I just finished my veggie shopping and found avocados here for $0.33 each.
This is absolutely the best price that I have seen in long time.

It's still crowded, even though they have a new super center that opened mid August! It is still difficult to find handicap parking spaces! Not much has changed!

We were looking for a Walmart near ElPaso that's easy in and out. This worked perfect. Right off I-10.

Can shopping at Walmart ever not be a nightmare? At this particular location the customer service throughout the store is the absolute worst.
