Walmart Supercenter, Austin TX

This is a sketchy location because of the bus stop and homeless people stealing things. Most of their hygiene products are behind locked glass

Sad. Everything in multiple departments is locked up because of stealing and you have to find someone to open whatever you want up and then they put it in another case that has to be unlocked. Hardly any cazhiers

This Wal Mart (WM) won't load Gobank (WM debit card) at registers. I got my card in Alabama from there to here every Wally World far and near reloads at the register. Annoyed after I waited through 2 lines to be redirected to the money center. Why?
Class is in session. WM employee scans card. Then enters the amount customer will fund. Customer verifies.see simple procedure.
LAZY on the store for NOT TRAINING our help.
That must be why the "Money Center" was removed from "Customer Service".

It's ok. Just about every Walmart is the same. One problem I have with this particular store is when I buy a candy bar (being a diabetic, I need a candy bar in a hurry sometimes), the candy bar is two to three months out of date.

Customer service and money services take FOREVER. 1 worker handles all the stores services. You would think being one of the most profitable companies in USA or world could afford to hire more than 1 person. Sucks if you get there during lunch hour. Lol ughh

This location never has enough people on registers and they don't do well at keeping things stocked and available. The employees are always very helpful though!

This Wal-Mart Supercenter was a joy, parking lot was busy but smooth, inside also busy and quick.plenty of registers open (they are finally getting it)

It's a Walmart, nothing special. I will say this Walmart stays less busy since there is an HEB across the street. Because of this, I notice they have more expired food in the shelves.

I would have gave 5 stars. However, there is a major problem inside the store. It is a furnace. Hot as hell. I feel sorry for the employees working in that heat.

This Walmart is massive. Lots of selections and was actually clean and organized. There is always a problem when it comes to cashing out, as there is usually not enough cashiers to move the lines along, but I went early in the day and had no problem. Great clearance items here and groceries too.

The employees are great and the store is well-stocked. I quit going to this location because I don’t like bums hitting me up for money two or three times going in and leaving the front door and parking lot. It makes my family feel unsafe.

Very outdated in appearance. People are not friendly and most importantly they try to stop you at the door to see a receipt. I'm never gonna stop or let them check my reciept after I've already spent hours spending money, then you want to kidnap me? No! Also, they follow you around the store smh. I hate Walmart. Don't go there if you have an HEB closer.

Good store and well stocked.however they need to keep carts charged for the elderly or disabled.they could start by ensuring lazy young people dont just use them for joy riding the aisles.

I wanted to buy glue for my eyelashes but that whole section was locked in and nobody, although a few employees were there (in my view) no one offered to help so I left without. The area was beautifully set but I didnt get what I needed.thx.

Not a big fan of companies whos CEOs are incredibly wealthy because their employees are so underpaid they are eligible for welfare.

Love this Walmart! They get the Time & True out before my store at home so love to stop here when my husband has Dr appt.

No self respecting Austinite shops at Wal-Mart. Waltons stole 175 billion from taxpayers by making most employees rely on food stamps and public housing.
