Typical Walleworld, to cheap to hire more people, they use their customers to do their own check out, solo, you are working for WM for OO. OO$$, or discount on your purchase. HEllO SLAVz

We had a curbside pickup scheduled today and our window was between 7pm and 8pm. My wife made the order and so I had to call when I got to my spot. Almost every spot was full except for 1. I pulled in at 7: 28pm and called the number on the sign. Went straight to voicemail which was full so I was unable to leave a message. I kept calling and half the time it would ring and half the time someone would hang up on me immediately. Waited several minutes and tried again. My wife tried calling too and same thing. My kids are with me and are screaming like crazy at this point and I am just trying to get some groceries at the pickup time that was scheduled and go pick up my wife after her work shift. I wouldn’t have minded a longer than normal wait, but to have Walmart actively hang up on customers just because it was the hour before closing and they don’t want to bring out the groceries you ordered for your scheduled pickup time is not okay. Even though it’s not free, H‑E‑B curbside just got our business going forward.

They had just what I needed it wasn't crowded in and out in record time recommend shopping late at night around 1: 30 a.m.

Walmart Grocery Pick up fail. I ordered online over 24 hours in advance. I never got a notification that my groceries were ready. I called and just kept getting placed on hold. Finally after 4 attempts talked to a manager who said they were getting one more item then would get a notification. Waited over another hour. Called back and they said they are waiting for that item to come in and my groceries would not be ready for another day. No notifications. No delay was even put in until after I called. I needed the groceries right then.

I mean. Its WalMart. Expect what you expect in any WalMart. WalMart is the "Drunk florida man" of stores

I've ask several different managers to start stocking an item that they used to stock. Every Walmart I've been to from Wyoming to Houston, have this item. They all say my business is important to them, and they will check into it right away. Its been 9 months, none of these managers listen.

I whent to go get propane, the lady at the door was rude as soon as I walk in, didn't even greeted me as I walked in. Than I proceeded to get some dog food and got in line (witch was pretty long a lot of people were complaining). The Cashier was trying her best cashing people as fast as she could bit been the only cashier there, she had to go to the restroom so bad I could see it in her face she called a manager and a manager never came by. So she had to leave the line and take a restrom break (poor girl) the lady return as quick as she could than had to go out side to get the propaine for me. And continue to cash, I could hear herpersonal phone ringing and when she finally answers I could hear some one was waiting for her, she was waiting for her replacement! My point is why have a lady standing at the door been rude and not doing anything? Not even offering to help that poor girl to go get the propaine. Or have her be a cashier to. She was literally just standing there watching the girl struggle.

Walmart MIGHT have what you are shopping for in stock, it just might not be out on the shelves. The checkout line are a very long wait. Process are not as low as once advertised and are pretty close to other retailers.

Walmart forgot my Oil cap not to long ago and started smoking and bringing carbon monoxide in my cabin. Oil is on the engine, fuse component and my windshield wiper cord was sitting in the oil cap hole, oil was dripping from inside the hood when I lifted it.been waiting on the manger for an hour.man said he can only just clean it and fill it back up.

The guy doing the online pickups was awesome he needs help though.give that kid a raise.and some help

It was 11: 24pm; only 3 cashiers open, 15 ppl deep each lane & the lady closing down self checkout was VERY hateful/rude to a man that had 2 items! Don't these ppl realize it's close to Christmas? !? ! 3 freaking lanes open? Someone needs to put a stop to this; it's LUDACRIS!

Fresh food area lacks fresh food. The lettuce always looks bad and I have to go other places. Walmart pickup takes over 30 minutes to get your order.

Meh.its Walmart.either they got what you need, or they dont.no two walmart are the same.and it's not as good as HEB plus

I used the order online and drive to pickup for the first time today. I liked that a lot more than going into the store.

They forced self checkout. Then they treat you like a their. Checking your receipt at the door. I'm going to run with my merchandise and receipt. I dare them to come after me.

I went shopping for clothes. It didn't take long. Generous employees and the vibe I got was positive

The check out cashier Yohanca was very nice and helpful, thanks Wal-Mart for having such a great service.

WalMart Supercenter is a good place for just about anything you need, good prices and well stocked. Just make sure to avoid peak times, to avoid waiting to check out.
