Walmart Supercenter, Sweetwater TX

It isn't a bad little Walmart only reason for 4 stars not 6 is they did not have what I was looking for but all in all great customer service and friendly place

It was a pleasant visit since I did t have the receipt of the item I was going to exchange. Customer service was good and the person taking care of my problem was very helpful and patient with me. She helped to find my receipt through my credit card and explained everything I had to do to resolve my issue. Walked out of there 10 min later with my problem solved. It seemed to be a full stocked super Walmart for such a small town.

This Walmart always has friendly staff. It's always clean hardly ever out of stock for what I'm shopping for. No complaint here. Avanti the store Manager runs a tight and tidy shop for sure. I cant wait till places stop having COVID hours!

I have my share of tifs went shopping online but as to being in person at the store I believe everything is excellent honestly

I was just released from the hospital after 6 weeks for recovery from cervical spine surgery. Because of that I need to use one of the little scooters. I went to the deli and the young lady working there walked around the display case to bring the meat to me instead of making me stand to pick it up. I have never been injured or sick so riding the scooter is something I never imagined having to use. I wish I would have looked at her name so I could thank her publicly.

Hate tht there not open 24hrs thts when it’s most peaceful to shop I would rather drive to a 24 hr Walmart then to have to deal with big crowds especially with the pandemic really wish they would consider 24 hr again

It a place where can get about and thing you want it not prices you may have to walk a little way to park

Warning! Do not purchase Great Value Brand ice cream cones. I found a foreign object (plastic) inside of a cone. Box was purchased 05/06/2019 at Walmart in Sweetwater, TX. I have pictures and video. I submitted a complaint on their website.

It was embarrassing I was not allowed to return a pair of gloves.i had my receipt and it was within the 90 day policy. It had been only 2 weeks

This is by far the best Wal-Mart I've ever been in. You want to know what makes it that way? EMPLOYEES!

I always like going to Walmart. Sometimes you have trouble finding help but most of the time the customer service is really good and they are helpful.

The woman that runs the pet department is one of the rudest employees I have dealt with at the Sweetwater Walmart. Will make a trip to Abilene to avoid here from here on out

Need something to wear on my feet after twisting my ankle. Huge store. Even though it was very busy, there were plenty of registers were open. I found a great pair of slippers.

Wonderful management and employees. Well stocked with many varieties and employees know their way around the store. Very friendly shoppers. Our motor home coach batteries conked out and we got the batteries we needed and my husband put them in. This is the best Walmart we've ever been in.

Excellent service. Nice people. I got $20 cash back and forgot it. Left it in the change bin. When I called 1/2 an hour later, they had found it and put it aside for me. I was able to pick my money up more than 1 hour later. Very trustworthy people.

The store it's self is good prices are fair but when u leave they ask you for your receipt and treat you like a criminal when Walmart dosent have a policy that says they need to see your receipt before you can exit the store

Visited automotive and jewelry depts. Automotive was well stocked and orderly. The jewelry associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.
