Walmart Vision & Glasses, Houston TX

Needed a frame for my glasses. The 1st young lady asked if I bought my glasses their. Informed her I'm not sure but I only need a frame. She went to the computer and stated I'm not in the system, handed me my glasses and said I cannot help you. Got out the line. Pulled up their text stating it's time for my eye exam. I got back in line. The 2nd lady named Flo pick out the perfect frame for my glasses, and I left there a happy camper! Thank you Flo!

Never going there again! He is a very rude employee and did not try to help me out in any way!
Went in today and my prescription was expiring same day.
I didn’t know that I had to go in a week before my prescription expired in order for me to buy glasses. That was my mistake but that is no excuse to get treated the way this person did.

I asked to speak with a manager and his answer was that he didn’t know when she/he would be there.
He should get trained to be polite to customers and know how to talk to them too.
He obviously hates his job!

I went for an appointment and I was told I had no appointment I was at the wrong location, all appointments for that day at 10 am were cancelled, anything you can think of was a reason for me to leave. But I said no you guys called and confirmed my appointment a day ago. She looked at the stack of appointments in front of her and said oh this must be a mix up, here you are. Do you wanna stay of leave? I left and I would not recommend this place, why should you argue 15 min for your appointment. Yeah thats a walk in walk out situation!

Will never go here ever again. They got my prescription all wrong. Had to send glasses back to be corrected and the prescription is still WRONG!

It takes5-10 or more day's to get glasses because of lab walmart get your lins from thy sometimes goof off or if at start of school session backed up lots orders for kiddos but qwality work if walmart rep goof up you prescription vison center (manger may not put rush on your reorder? Have designer frams as well no name but well tuff made frames plases like tso you'd pay$40-$99 more you will have to wate about5- 8 days depends on if lab back up with orders to get your glasses have large glasses selection styles (most have a year warrantyframs only linses60 days cheaper unless nicon1 year) (but contrary to tv add you have to pay more for for Nikon lens) Medicaid customer's get cheap licences but just as good as one's from tso very good and tuff and clear not sure if as good Nikon probably so exspesive stuff so over rated to make money ps those of us needing stronger prescription most eyeglasses stores charge more for um not just walmart and up. Took my kids to America's Best after years of bringing them here to try to save money. Needless to say AB ended up costing me more money, had poor service, and was an overall joke. I ended up back here where they are friendly and much more knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else again.
