Everything was great. I was working with Blessing and just like her name, she was a blessing. She explained everything in detail. So the problem started when I arrived to pick up my glasses. I paid for Nautica glasses and when I arrived to pick them up the technicians had everyone waiting 15-20mins just to pick-up. So I give them my ticket and they come back with a flimsy blue Walmart case. I ask where is the Nautica case that comes with the glasses. I was told that’s what the company sent instead. I immediately realized that someone tried to steal the case. I call my normal Walmart and Nautica and was told by both that all their glasses come with the Nautica case. I go back to the Vision center and the woman goes I was about to tell you if you wanted something better u can pay for it. So she wanted me to pay for what I already paid for. I informed her of what the company said and she quickly reached under the counter and grabs a Nautica case. I don’t know what is going on at this vision center but if they are stealing cases from designer brands and making people pay for them or giving out Walmart cases to keep the name brand case, it is theft and fraud and I will be contacting a supervisor and the BBB.

This is the worst I’m literally waiting forever was NEVER EVEN GREETED this older lady is having Some gossip talk with another woman with her arms crossed in her chair. This other lady has a horrible attitude when I had to literally speak up to be acknowledged and her response was she will get with me I have to wait. Don’t expect good cutter service

Bad Service, i purchased a glases on this Store, they explained to me that I can use one time accident on the guarantee for one year and unfortunately happen to me a week after so was nothing serious but I went to the store and a lady explain to me that I can use it just one time and she also recomend me to wait more time in case I have another accident and I'll need to use it again. Si I wait but then was a scratch on the glass and then finally I decide to go. So now they said is a diferent way to use the guarantee but not something like this. No make sense and she also was the one told me how this work. So sad I had a good opinion about the store. But how I'm not going back and I will call the insurance.

Great Experience with Blessing! She helped me pick put the perfect pair of glasses without all of the frills that (I did NOT need). Helping me to get back to simplicity was a blessing.get it! Thank you Blessing!

I spent too much time choosing a good frame for my daughter and when I finally found it and it was time to pay, the attendant registered the wrong frame in the system without us knowing and over a week later when I went to get the glasses they were very different. The mistake was on the attendant and we were told there was nothing they could do about it because they didn't have the frame we actually chose. We had to pick a new one that was not as good and still had to pay for it. There wasn't even an apology

We went to the optics of Walmart to look for some glasses for my girl and when we did not know which one to decide Blessing approached us.without words an excellent attention was very kind and explicit attentive and not to mention how he treats the children.it was an experience amazing and we got just what we needed with your help. I give it 10 stars

Closed doors 6 minutes early and told me to come back when I was clear I didn't have time. Was a quick need from them too.

Why are Walmart employees SOOO unfriendly. They don't even say hi. The old black lady at the 1315 fry road location in the key dept.just looked at me when I walked up the counter. No, 'hello, how you doing, or hey. ' Just stood there looking at me all stupid. The customer after me asked if she was mad at someone. LOL But honestly, I noticed a lot of their employees are elderly, and they are mad. If they don't want to do the job in a friendly manner, go home.

Very very friendly and professional. I had a pair of glasses that were broken and they fix them with no problem
