Walmart Vision & Glasses, El Paso TX

Against wal mart policy and logic I was refused the ability to purchase much needed corrective lenses for my 3 year old. They let us wander the store passing multiple security and and uniformed police officer and buy toys but then refuse service when I try to buy his much needed glasses? Aug 21st around 6pm. The older lady was nice the young one was rude and broke wal mart policy.

Have been 2 times. They have a good selection of frames. Going back today for my boys exams and then glasses. I also love the 1 year warranty on the frames for free. With kids it’s a must.

Probably the worst vision center ever. They are actually two separate departments. Buying glasses on one side (walmart) and eye test on the other side (private). They are only open 2 days a week and do not have an actual database so if you need anything from them you can only be helped in Thursday and Saturday. I would just go to a dedicated optical center that can help you 7 days a week.

Both older lady and younger guy are not good. The older hispanic lady is not helpful and acts like you need to beg her to provide you with service. The younger hispanic is more helpful but does not know his job. He didn't know the features of what he sells in the glasses and did not know how to use the computer system. Went to vision works in cielo vista instead and the staff there were knowledgeable and way better glasses selections too. Avoid walmart if you have insurance cause they do not know how to process the insurance benefits and want you to pay upfront and then have you file the claim with your insurance later.

Very helpful! Fast and friendly customer service. Got my prescribed glasses in a couple days.
