Walmart Vision & Glasses, Tyler TX

My mother fell and both lens came out of her glasses. Nikol did an excellent job repairing them and even brought them to us as my mom was waiting in Walmarts Hair Salon. Great customer service!

Went in a few days back with a pair of glasses that I had accidentally bent. Charles with prompt and very kind and straitened them until they fit me well again. Thanks Charles!

I would like to say that Walmart Optical on Broadway has some very knowledgeable and professional associates. They are also very nice and cheerful. So glad I walked in “just to browse” but because of how helpful they were I bought not just one but two pair of glasses.
I want to say thank you to all but especially Jinky, she was the one that helped me from the first time I walked in just to browse.
I will be buying my glasses from this location going forward.

Haven't had new glasses in about 3 years. Went in with my prescription and waited about 20 minutes due to having to set up my insurance. However, that was no fault to the employees, and they were very nice and cordial through the whole experience. Eneida was very specific about what benefits different lenses and upgrades would offer and made the experience very worry free. Excited to get my glasses.

Nicole at the vision center is great! Had a screw snap in half in my glasses and COULD NOT fix it myself…. Nicole had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! Great service and knew her stuff!

I have been dealing with the Walmart vision center here for 10 years. I'm not sure how many pairs of glasses I have bought, but I have been satisfied with the service here. Specifically NYKOH has been fantastic. She really knows her stuff and is why I continue to come back. Thank you Nykoh

Charles, at Walmart on Broadway in Tyler, Texas, was so charming, helpful, very professional. I needed my glasses adjusted so they wouldn't slide off when I bent down. He fixed em up in about 2 minutes. I am very pleased. Thank you Charles

Dropped in the Broadway Super Center and met Nykol. She is the nicest Lady you will ever meet. She also is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had the privilege of speaking to. I got a pair of progressives with clip on sunshades that came with the frames, so a perfect fit! With all of the choices, I actually asked her to pick the frames out for me and she did. Wow! I could not be happier! She is the best ever! Thank you Nykol for your kindness and expertise!
