3Great service by Natalie. My daughter broke her glasses. She looked up her information and found that they were under a warranty. This location didn’t have the frames for replacement, but she took the time to call other locations and have them saved for me. She made a stressful situation so easy. Thank you!
The customer service at this location is seriously lacking. The workers are always rude and act like answering any questions is inconvenient. They won’t call you back and if you call them they’ll leave you on hold forever. The prices are good if you can stand the customer service. Otherwise I recommend ordering glasses online.
I had great experience. Cassandra was helpful, informative and efficient. Better care and all around service than the bigger companies
