Walmart Vision & Glasses, Pasadena TX

Cassandra was very helpful when I needed help adjusting my glasses, miracle worker for when your frames go out of wack, good customer services, very helpful.

New glasses, new problems and THIS location was the only one to be able to solve my fitting issue. I went to two others including the original location from which I purchased my new eyeglasses and left with the glasses still loose and unsatisfactory every single time.til I visited this one. Glad at least someone knows what their doing. Highly recommend.

The doctor was overall nice and quick with my appointment but the rest of the girls that work there have terrible customer service and don’t know how to smile. I felt so unwelcomed the entire time I was there.you can tell they hate their jobs.

The eye doctor was amazing and patient. The girl at the front desk who helped with the first part of the exam was not though. My son who’s not strong with his letters yet which she asked before if he was and I said no.she was not patient with him at all kept getting frustrated when he couldn’t read the letters and she told me to have him sit on my lap cause he couldn’t reach for certain parts but was annoyed that he wasn’t completely still which was kind of hard since we both were on the edge of my seat trying to get him close enough. If you’re working with children you should understand this is new and confusing to them.
The eye doctor was amazing though she was patient and even switched it to pictures to make it easier for him.
Even the ladies who helped him pick out glasses were awesome.

I will never come hee again! Samantha was very unprofessional! Dont waiste your time with her! The walmart vision on spencer and east street have great customer service. The warranty is also different from the walmart on Fairmont. The Walmart vision center on spencer and east.have a better warranty.

Neida Huerta was such a great help, excellent service. Answered all questions and was super helpful. I will return to this vision center bc of her!

The selection of glasses are what you would normally expect, but what stood out and deserves 5 stars is their exceptional service! They had all the patience in the world to help me and my picky wife select a pair of glasses! They answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed or dumb. The associate that attended us was Cybele and I think she deserves all the credit!

Eh this place was neither bad nor great. I liked that they attended us real quick, at the previous eye doc it was usually a 2 hour wait. The receptionist seemed a bit cold. Wasn't friendly at all. The ladies that work in choosing the eyeglasses section.are OK. I actually spent longer time there cuz of all the stuff they have to do once you choose a pair.
