Walmart Vision & Glasses, Sulphur Springs TX

I've bought my eye glasses at three different Walmarts throughout the years and have never dealt with such great associates till I came to this vision center! They all are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was shopping at another store the other day and I heard Hello Karen how are you? And it was one of the associates from the sulphur springs vision center. I was shocked she remembered me much less my name, that says it all. Then there's the associate I call (the glass whisperer) shes great! I have messed my glasses up to where I thought they'd would be impossible to fix. And every time I leave with my glasses perfectly fixed and a smile on m face. I Will use them and only them as long as I'm wearing glasses! Thank you all for the great service ya'll provide.

I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful, kind, and very helpful ladies on my visit to the vision center here in Sulphur Springs. Teresa and Tana were very knowledgeable and were very patient with me as I made my decision on my new glasses. They gave me honest opinions on my choices and I feel very confident that the choice we landed on is perfect! If you are looking to get yourself some new glasses or contacts you really should head to the vision center and ask for these ladies.you won't be disappointed!

Tana is fabulous! Day after Thanksgiving and so very helpful and kind. Mother has dementia and she understood and shared peraonal insight as well as handling geyting the frames taken care of

Ms. Tana and Ms. Teresa absolutely rock! I highly recommend getting your next set of glasses or contacts from these wonderful ladies who take their job seriously and provide a great service.

Nancy helped me to get my new prescription lenses put in my frames I bought from there in January she was so nice and very helpful I would refer anyone to go in and speak with her to get their glasses she was very personable and was happy with my choices

Ms. Tana was the person who helped me on 02 November 2023, and it was such a blessing and pleasure to be served by such a kind and joyful person. Her repair of my eyeglasses was fast, efficient, professional, and FREE! While she would not allow me to reimburse/pay for the repair, she was most helpful in finding new darkened sunglasses that would fit over my eyeglasses for driving.

I've been blessed to have been served by all the staff in this department and Ms. Tana certainly shined brightly on this day. The rest of this store could take a lesson or six from this delightful group. Thank you Ms. Tana for making my week!
