Walmart Vision & Glasses, Westworth Village TX

My wife ordered glasses, when they came in and we went to pick them up, they had ordered the wrong frames.they indicated that it was Wal-Mart's error and said they would re order. A week later we get a text to come pick them up and low and behold they are not ready and have not been re ordered yet. The manager then started making excuses about insurance issues and began arguing with me. Bad customer service!

Highly recommend! Went by today and got the BEST service from Donna! She is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! I will 100% go back to see her and you should too!

We've been getting my daughter's glasses here for 4 years and they've always been very helpful. The first time we had to pay using a few different gift cards (because we didn't have enough cash) and I never forgot how helpful and understanding they were that first time.
Another year my daughter picked out Hello Kitty glasses that broke twice. Each fix was handled well.
Last year the lady that helped us was so friendly we'd stop by to say hi whenever we went to Walmart.
This year my daughter glasses got all scratched up in 4 months and again the fix was handled quickly and without any issue.

My eyeglass lens had fallen out & I came in to get it repaired. It was no easy task because it is a rimless lens, but Claudia was excellent she would not let go until it was perfect. I appreciate all the time she spent with me she is very personable. Thanks for the great experience!
